Don’t Feel Glum – Pick Yourself Up With These Happiness Tips

Hello everyone and happy Monday! I know better than anyone what it is like to feel down in the dumps. Having struggled with depression from at least twelve years old (I am 22 now), I get it. It sucks and it can be exhausting to even try to improve. But, hopefully with these pro tips, you can shrug off some of the sorrow or at the very least, shake off the Monday Blues! Let’s discuss:

Don’t Feel Glum – Pick Yourself Up With These Happiness Tips:

There are some things in your life that will get you down. Maybe you had a bad day (or month!!) at work or end up coming out of a long-term relationship. Whatever the reason, it is definitely easy to let it get the best of you. But, despite the struggle, all of these rough patches are part of life and what makes it…Well, life. However, when you are going through a difficult time, it can be tricky to remember all of this. You may feel like you will never be happy again. But that isn’t the case at all!

There are certain things that you can do to improve your mood when you are feeling down. No matter how your sadness manifests, you can still try to make the best out of your day. And all of these small things that help make you happy for a short while will eventually help you out of the rough patch that you are facing. So are you ready to cheer up? Here are some important happiness tips that may help:

Remember, There Is A Light: There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. And you need to remember that. Knowing that there will be an end to this difficult time will help you get through it. Just because you are feeling down in the dumps now doesn’t mean you still will be in the future. Keeping focused on getting out of this current situation and improving your moods will help you overcome everything. I know, it’s easier said than done!

Smile!

Get Support From Loved Ones: None of your friends and family members will ever want to see you sad and upset. (If they do, they are not your friends!) They will want to support you through whatever you are going through. And it is important that you use them as a great source of support and love. Even if you only use them as a shoulder to cry on! These are the people who know you best and will have a good idea of what it will take to make you happy again. Your friends will be able to cheer you up instantly and will want to spend plenty of time with you to take your mind off of things. So, next time you are feeling upset or lonely, give a close friend or relative a call. They will be able to help put a smile back on your face, which is a great look! 🙂

Stay Healthy: If you are having a hard time emotionally, it is important to keep on top of your physical health. Otherwise, you could also end up physically suffering. Many people tend to rely on comfort eating when they are feeling depressed. It is crucial not to do this, as you could experience an increase in your weight, which could lead to health conditions and possibly feeling worse emotionally. Be sure to keep up with your usual exercise schedule. Physical activity is a great way to release endorphins into your bloodstream. These are hormones created by the body, which it uses as natural painkillers. They can also give your mood a little boost. So next time you are feeling slightly down, hit the gym to get sweaty but ultimately happier!

Get Help If You Need It: There are times when your emotions can be too much to deal with. If you ever feel like you are unable to continue living your life as normal during a difficult time, you should seek professional help. There are many professional counselors and therapists who will be able to talk to you about your problems. During your chats, they will help you work through your issues. When you are talking to a professional about your problem, you can be sure that the discussion will be completely confidential. They will also be able to refer you to a doctor if they feel that you might benefit from medication. Not only that, though. But many mental health professionals will also inform you of life changes that you can make to improve your moods and emotions.

Stop Relying On Substances: Some people find that alcohol and drugs can help numb the emotional pain that they are feeling. However, it is important not to rely on these substances to pin up your moods. This is very dangerous behavior as it can result in an addiction and can also be very harmful to your health. If you feel like your use of alcohol or illegal substances is spiraling out of control, you can always get help by finding a local non 12 step treatment.

Set Small Goals For Yourself: You shouldn’t expect yourself to feel down one day and then completely back to normal the next. Getting better and feeling happier will take a lot of work. It can also be a very long and drawn-out process. As the journey back to happiness can be a long one, it can often be easy to think that you are never going to beat your sadness.

One way in which you can motivate yourself is to set up small goals. Even though it may not take much to meet them, these small successes can help motivate you and keep you going. These goals can be anything at all. Maybe you want to finish a book a week. Or go a week without sleeping through your alarm clock. By setting yourself goals, you will also be able to see your progress. And this can help you keep going to achieve happiness again.

glum4.png

 Beautiful!

Stop Dwelling: Once your happiness levels are back to “normal”,  it is important to make sure that you don’t end up at a lowest of the low point again. One of the best ways to never feel down again is to stop dwelling when something goes wrong. Instead, learn from your mistakes and failures and use them to motivate your successes. If you focus on the thing upsetting you, you will find that you may slip into bad habits again. Instead, try to keep optimistic about life. This will help you to lead a happier life and even more occasions to flash those pearly whites. 🙂

Feeling glum? It’s normal. But if you are struggling and are dedicated to improving, all of the above points can put you on the road to a happy life again! What is one of your go to methods to shaking away the blues? What is one thing that makes you happy? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

PAJAMA PARTY!

PAJAMA PARTY!

Hi everyone and happy weekend! Last night I had a little Pajama Party with me, myself, and I…and also Harry Potter. I have been OBSESSED with the new jammies that I got from Target and have taken every opportunity I’ve had for the past two weeks since buying them to get comfy, cozy, and cuddle up. I have been in need of new pajamas for years now but have just never really bothered. I just continued to make do with the body butter and lotion saturated sweats that I purchased from Aerie like three years ago.

However, this past month I have been OBSESSED with finding the perfect pair of PJs. I had tried Kohl’s, TJs, and Target a few times but nothing really spoke to me. I was looking for something that was the perfect combination of cute and cozy so not just any pair would do. After shopping trips to the three stores resulted in failure every time, I had damn near given up. But one final trip to Target changed the PJ game.

I had tried Tarjay before and was in love with their Disney line PJs but they were absurdly expensive for a nightgown or top and bottom set. So, despite the cuteness, I had to pass. My mom had pointed out the pair seen in the picture below and initially I turned them away. But after further examination, I decided that the red, flannel, lumberjack chic jammies were perfect. They were warm, cozy, and absolutely adorable. I could definitely picture myself counting a few sheep in them! Take a look:

pjs.jpg

It’s admittedly not the best picture but you get the point. I love snuggling up in my new pajamas every night and now I just need a pair in every color! You can shop Target in stores or online to join in on the Lil Red Pajama Party happening nightly! Where is the best place to get pajamas from? What does your perfect pair of PJs look like? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Kids And Pets: Teaching Your Children Responsibility The Adorable Way

Kids And Pets: Teaching Your Children Responsibility The Adorable Way

My first pet was a guinea pig way back when in the fifth grade. He was the most precious little thing – black and white with a brown circle around his left eye. My fifth grade level of creativity settled on the name of Oreo and he was simply the best. I have always been really fond of small, furry animals and now the latest battle is getting my boyfriend to get me a bunny! So far I have been unsuccessful but that’s nothing that a little persistence can’t cure! Check out some more ideas for pets that are perfect for children in this article:

Kids And Pets: Teaching Your Children Responsibility The Adorable Way:

Any parent knows the feeling that creeps up when the kids decide that they want a pet. There is a conversation that always takes place between the parent, who is keen and reluctant at the same time, and the kids. You know that there will be early enthusiasm, followed by distraction. You will be left being the one who looks after the pet – which you won’t mind, but there are valuable lessons about responsibility here.

It doesn’t help that the most usual pets are the ones who often require the most looking after. Everyone loves a kitten or a puppy. As they grow, though, they need to be seen through some milestones. Unless you want a misbehaving adolescent dog or a litter of surprise kittens, they need to be “fixed”. And if they act out while you’re away from home, it’s carnage. So to get kids used to looking after a pet, a less high-maintenance one may be a great start.

Birds: Noisy And Full Of Character, But Not Too Much Stress: A tropical bird can be one of the most enjoyable pets for kids and adults alike. It is advisable to find one that is already habituated to humans. Find a hand raised Amazon for sale and look forward to some of the most entertaining years of your life.

Of course, they need to be fed but that’s no sweat. Even the most squeamish kid can find the fun in feeding bits of fruit to a parrot. And be careful of your children trying to teach the parrot rude words. It’s almost inevitable, but the more attention you pay, the less likely there will be “hilarious consequences.”

pets1.png

Bird is the word

Tortoises: The Anti-Parrot (In Most Ways): If you’re looking for a low maintenance pet, you can’t go far wrong with a tortoise. Your kids may initially be skeptical. You can’t take a tortoise for a walk on a leash, or teach it to beg for scraps. However, they are sociable and patient animals. One major advantage that they have is that they can live to a ripe old age. Anyone who has ever consoled a child through the loss of a pet knows how much of a relief this is.

pets2.png
TURTLE!!

Guinea Pigs: Full Of Fun And Easy To Handle: If you’re looking for something in the small rodent family, then the Guinea Pig is the ideal pet to get your kids used to furry friends. They’re highly sociable and don’t mind being handled. They also know when they are about to be fed, which leads to an excitable squeak that the kids will adore. And when they’re euphoric, they do something called “popcorning.” On that, we’ll let the video speak – or squeak – for itself.

pets3.png

So. CUTE!

Of course, you will need to talk seriously with your kids from time to time about how to look after a pet. Naturally, their attention spans are not at the same level as yours. But as they gain the skills to care for a pet, you can think about cats and dogs too. Just watch out if you have a cat and a parrot. Cats like to chase birds, and they may see an adult parrot as the ultimate challenge!

What was your first pet? What kind of pet do you have now? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

You’re Hired! Here Are The Top Skills That Will Land You A Job When You Graduate

You’re Hired! Here Are The Top Skills That Will Land You A Job When You Graduate

Congrats, grad! You’re done! …Now what?

You’re Hired! Here Are The Top Skills That’ll Land You A Job When You Graduate:

“Graduates, graduates everywhere, and not a job to give.” It’s a big problem, and one, thanks to government policy, that doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere soon. So the question for graduates today isn’t so much how they can do better in their studies. It’s what they can do to make themselves stand out from the crowd.

What’s interesting today is that we’re seeing a dilution of the importance of the undergraduate degree. Sure, it’s been quite ineffective in guaranteeing candidates a job for some significant time now. But big employers, like PWC, are now openly saying that they no longer want to employ people on the basis of grades. They’ve found that job outcomes in their business are virtually unrelated to whether somebody got a 2:2 or a 2:1 or a 1st.

So with the death of the degree, what are employers actually looking for from potential candidates? Let’s dive into the details.

Commercial Awareness: For their entire lives, students are embroiled in state education. For those just coming out of university after three or four years, that’s sixteen years in full time education. In that time, students are told how to act and behave. And they rarely get the chance to formally negotiate. What’s more, their teachers have often never seen the world outside of the education system. So they don’t understand how the job market or the economy actually works. Students never have any role models for how to behave in the business world.

When an organization interviews you for a position, it wants to see whether you do have business skills. You should understand how business works and what their firm offers. Organizations also want you to know how you should represent them in public.

Administration Skills: The business of administration is changing all the time. New software comes in which frees up admin staff to work on higher-value operations. Administration, therefore, is rapidly becoming an exciting occupation in its own right. Employers in 2016 are looking for graduates who have excellent organizational skills. Grads need to show employers that they can work quickly and accurately. They also need to be able to demonstrate that they can prioritize the most important tasks. Admin job vacancies can be sourced from here.

Grit And Determination: Working life is rarely without challenges. In fact, work could be construed as a constant stream of problems and issues. Employers, therefore, want people who are able to stick it out. They need a person who can stay positive and cheerful and motivate the team when the going gets tough. Things can, and often, do go wrong at work. Email servers stop functioning. Cloud services get interrupted. Invoicing systems go down. People get sick. Deals fall through. You need to show that you have the grit to see it through.

Negotiation and Persuasion: Businesses know all too well that it’s tough to get people to actually hand over their money. That’s why they need people on their team who can be persuasive and entice new customers. They also need people who are excellent at spelling out the benefits of their product or service. Graduates who are great at selling rarely find themselves short of work.

What was the first job you landed out of college? How does it differ from where you work now? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Look After Yourself Now, You’ll Still Be Healthy When You’re Old!

Look After Yourself Now, You’ll Still Be Healthy When You’re Old!

I’m one of those people that hates thinking about the future. I guess it kind of scares me and I hate looking ahead to a time where I’m old and wrinkled. You have to enjoy life while you’re in your prime right? But lately, I’ve begun to realize something. If I don’t look after myself now, I’m going to have a terrible life when I’m older. It’s all very well saying that it’s years away. But old age will be on us sooner than we think. Just look at the celebs who haven’t aged quite so wonderfully. Matt Le Blanc used to be a heartthrob. Now he’s…well, still a heartthrob. But a heartthrob with gray hair and a few wrinkles around the eyes. Now that I’ve thoroughly depressed you let’s look at ways to make sure your later years aren’t plagued with poor health.

Be Mindful Of Your Body: We all do crazy things when we’re younger. It’s fun to take chances and try things like bungee jumping or skydiving. Who knows, maybe you’ve gone white water rafting? These aren’t the types of things that I’m talking about. It’s the constant routine ways we hurt our body that I’m starting to get worried about. You know, things like running. I’m sure plenty of my readers love a good run in the evening after work. But did you know running could cause you to develop arthritis as early as 35? It could, particularly if you’re not running in the right shoes. Putting immense pressure on your joints could cause them to age a lot faster than you would like. You might have already noticed the signs with pain in your knees. There is platelet rich plasma for arthritis relief. but ideally, you don’t want to find yourself in this position at all.

Let Bad Habits Die: They say bad habits die hard and I certainly agree. But we still need to try, don’t we. We should be listening to the scientists about the things we do that are slowly killing us. Smoking, drinking, drugs, bingeing. All of these bad habits are having an adverse effect on our health. It’s time to get rid of them for good and stop leaving them for failed New Year’s resolutions. New Year’s resolutions are gimmicks. If you want to quit something, do it. Don’t wait for everyone else to start trying to get the monkeys off their backs. You need to start planning to quit right now!

Stay Mentally Active: Lastly one of the things that terrifies me the most about getting older is the risk of Dementia. That’s why I’m determined to do everything I can to avoid it. Research shows the best thing that you can do is keep your mind active. Don’t just binge TV every night. Pick up a book and complete crosswords, jumbles (my favorite!), or sudoku. If you do this, you’ll ward off the dangers of dementia that have destroyed so many lives.

Exercise your mind!

There are plenty of preventative measures to take to keep yourself young no matter what your age. What are some of the ones that you utilize daily?

Hair Glitter Trend

Hair Glitter Trend

Heyyy everyone and happy Hump Day! So a couple of months ago I saw a picture on Facebook of a girl who had the most GORGEOUS hair I had ever seen. It was a deep, rich midnight blue and in her hair was the lightest, most glorious dusting of silver glitter. After seeing that picture and lusting over the beautiful blue color that I will never have because I’ll be Lil Red 4 lyfe, I made a mental note to buy hair glitter if I ever come across it.

The day for my hair glitter purchase took place this past weekend at Target. With Halloween on the horizon, Target has pulled out all the stops with costumes, home decor, and costume makeup. And lucky for me, hair glitter was included in the Target Halloween extravaganza! Take a look:

glitter.jpeg

This spray is manufactured by Rosie’s Costume Co. and it is literally the best product EVER. So much so, that my very capable and brilliant hair stylist was extremely impressed. The beauty of this spray is that it’s not a spray but I don’t know what word to describe it with. When I think of hair spray, the first word that comes to mind instantly is “sticky” and this hair glitter is far from it. After my hair stylist sprayed a ton in my hair, it still felt touchable and sleek and looked mighty cute to boot!

Target offers this glitter spray in blue, green, silver, and gold and there are also cans of color without glitter like pink, red, green, and yellow. I was debating off and on whether to get just the silver or gold spray but it was too tough of a decision so I just bought both. At two dollars a can, it wasn’t particularly breaking my bank but I was pleased to see that it rung up as buy one get one half off so I got both cans for three bucks. Not bad!

I love how the gold spray compliments my bright red hair and I am looking forward to testing out the silver for a more glam look. My only regret is not buying more cans of the spray so next time I am at Target I will have to stock up for a year round of glitter hair because it’s not just for Halloween anymore! I wish that I had pictures of just how gorgeous this glitter is but unfortunately, my camera couldn’t capture the look very well on film. But, rest assured, that it really is fabulous and I can’t recommend this product enough!

How do you feel about the Hair Glitter Trend? What do you plan on dressing up as for Halloween? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Don’t Join The Disposable Society! Why Timely Maintenance Will Save You $$$

Standard
Don’t Join The Disposable Society! Why Timely Maintenance Will Save You $$$

Don’t Join The Disposable Society! Why Timely Maintenance Will Save You $$$:

Your house is a money trap.

Let’s be more accurate: the items found in your house are a money trap. You buy them, use them – and they then stop being as efficient as they should be. You find yourself surrounding by items that you’re just making do with rather than getting the best out of them.

Well, it’s your fault.

Yep. No blame on the manufacturers; it’s all you, and you –

Okay, okay, some blame on the manufacturers. They, of course, have a vested interest in making their products more disposable. They sell you a fridge for $500 and it lasts you ten years. Good deal for you, right? But they sell you a fridge that costs $400 and lasts for five years, then you buy another one – good deal for them. In a decade, you’re worth $300 more to them. It’s not just ranting; products genuinely do not last as long as they used to.

So it’s time for you to fly in and save the day. If you make a few changes to the way that you use items, you’ll get the most out of them that you can. You can beat the manufacturers! You’re basically Superwoman, but with the hotpants as an optional.

Want to know how to wring every last drop out of anything you buy? Read on…

Know Your Water: Hard water is a nightmare for anything it comes into contact with. Skin, hair, appliances – and it’s not cheap to constantly be buying new skin and hair care or having appliances repaired constantly. If your home has hard water, having a softener system installed could be the way to go. Of course, it is a big investment so do your research well for the highest rated systems. Allgreatappliances.com offers a list of the best water softener systems to help you determine which is right for your home. It’s also always good to get the opinion of reliable local professionals.

If you have hard water, then you need to take special care of your appliances. You might think that that just applies to kettles and washing machines but it’s everything. If it goes into the dishwasher to be cleaned, think of hard water impact. If you clean it with hard water – well, you can see where this is going. Descale items like irons and kettles on a monthly basis to keep them at their best. Use vinegar to get rid of mineral deposits on crockery, and always clean with softened or bottled water to avoid build-up.

If your home or business is using well water, you will want the well to be inspected frequently to ensure safe water. If you are noticing a change in its quality, be sure to find a team that specializes in well pump repair near me immediately. This will prevent the problem from getting worse and improve your well’s efficiency and safety standards.

Treat Your Clothes Well: The above sounds a little bit prosaic; very few of us are going out of our way to treat clothes badly. But if you want them to last, they need a bit more TLC. First and foremost, the hard water issue can be handled with products that tackle limescale build up while washing. It still might not be enough, however. If your clothes are somewhat sticky to the touch after washing, then soak them in vinegar before washing to cleanse deposits. Every six months, rinse them in soft water – rainwater is best, so just leave an airier outside for instant softness.

For items you have to wash regularly, such as school clothes or work gear like Urbane medical uniforms, these need extra protection. Wash them on as low a heat as possible and use minimal laundry soap, which can accumulate in the fabric. Avoid using a dryer wherever possible, as this places further stress on the material.

Also, look at their storage. Hangers should be soft with no hard edges. Folding might be efficient but it’s just an extra way for the fabric to be pulled around. Hanging clothes can save space and stop any unsightly creases.

m2.png

CAT!

Clean Out Filters: You can find filters in a huge array of household appliances. They’re in your air conditioner, your vacuum, your dryer – the list goes on and on. If you don’t clear a filter out regularly, there are two potential consequences. One is a tad more serious than the other.

1) The item consumes more electricity having to power past a clog. To make things worse, it will also be less efficient when doing so. So you pay more in power for something that does half the work. Not smart.

2) Your entire house goes up in flames.

Yes, dryer vents that are clogged can be the literal ruin of your house. Get into the habit of cleaning it after every single use to prevent lint building up and catching fire. Furthermore, never leave items like dryers, washing machines and dishwashers on when you’re not at home. They’re a fire risk, and you need to be there to take action should the worst happen.

Think About Sunlight: I believe we can all agree that sunlight is a good thing – but not if you want to keep things from looking their best. The same UV rays that can give you sunburn (or cancer) also do a number on your furnishings.

If your furniture has a habit of losing color and looking pale, then sunlight might be to blame. The bleaching effect can make things look much older than they are, to the point that you feel they need replacing before it’s their time. Only glass is immune from this problem, as it lets the sun pass through it rather than bleaching the surface.

Try and keep expensive furniture and decor items away from direct sunlight. This can be a trick of clever positioning in your home or using blinds or curtains during the brightest time of the day. Don’t forget things like picture frames or photos too; even behind glass, they can still go a horrible yellow color with too much exposure.

m4.png

Be careful on sun exposure on furniture!

Only Use Items For Their Intended Purpose: This one should go without saying, but there’s a trend for making items do double-duty. Online life hacks have got a lot to do with it, and on the surface, they seem like an affordable way of getting more bang for your buck.

But if you use items above what they are designed to do, you’re going to wear them out quicker. You might just outright break them. Then you have the worst of both worlds: two chores you have to do and no appliance to do them with. Stick to the guidelines and items will go much further.

The Power Of Massage: When You Knead A Helping Hand

The Power Of Massage: When You Knead A Helping Hand

The one and only time that I got a massage, I literally laughed the entire time. I am the most ticklish person on the planet, which probably isn’t the best thing to admit to the entire world on the internet! So, needless to say, my massage turned into a half hour of tickle torture rather than a relaxing experience. It’s too bad, though, considering there are so many benefits of treating yourself to a massage. Read up:

The Power Of Massage: When You Knead A Helping Hand:

There are so many immense benefits of massage that it’s pretty vital to your health to indulge from time to time. Massages don’t just soothe away the aches and pains of the day but are also great for boosting immunity, solving sports injuries, relieving built up tension and curing headaches. When you search for a “Professional Massage near me“, chances are you will encounter these different styles of massages. We will go into more detail for each of them and this will be a great starting point when deciding which massage is right for you:

Swedish Massage: A Swedish massage is one of the most popular and well-known treatments. It is a therapeutic massage with foundations in Western anatomy. This makes it very different from Asian massages which focus on energy and flow work. Swedish massage can be either gentle or more vigorous depending on what you wish for. This type of massage is great for general tension and to break up muscle knots. It uses gliding strokes, squeezing, rolling, and kneading to increase blood flow and promote relaxation.

Hot Stone Massage: A hot stone massage is a specialty treatment that uses the heat of stones placed on the body in conjunction with the own therapist’s hands. This type of massage originates from the Native Americans who used to heat stones on fire to help treat aching muscles. The heat of the stones is believed to relax your muscles which then enables the therapist to work deeper into your body. The stones used are soft and round and are made of basalt, as this material retains heat well. A hot stone massage is beneficial for those that prefer a lighter massage and for those suffering from anxiety and insomnia.

At Home Shiatsu Massage: If time or money prevent you from getting regular massages, you may want to invest in your own at-home massage chair. You can find out about the best ones to invest in here at Shiatsu Chairs. Both massage chairs and massage cushions provide the convenience of being able to relieve aching muscles and joints at any given time. They often offer heat pads and also have different styles and depths of massage.

Thai Massage: A Thai massage offers a slightly different experience as it is performed through your clothes. This type of massage has Indian Ayurvedic and yoga influences and focuses on your energy channels. For a Thai massage, you will lay on a mat on the floor and remained fully clothed. Your therapist will use their palms, thumbs, elbows, feet and knees to press into your body and stretch your muscles. It’s not for the faint hearted and can leave you aching afterward! Thai massage works by releasing the blockages in your body that are causing you pain. Thai massage involves a lot of long stretches that are believed to increase the flow of Sen energies. Thai massage doesn’t necessarily feel soothing while being carried out but you will come away feeling energized. And a few days later you will notice a difference both emotionally and physically. If this sounds like just what you need, explore the pages for Divine Thai Spa Bangkok or a similar business in your local area to see if it is offered. Massages are often booked through time increments so it is recommended to start with the bare minimum and work your way up as this massage is more intense.

Indian Head Massage: Indian head massage is extremely beneficial for those who suffer from headaches and neck pain. Indian head massage is based on Ayurvedic practices. Your therapist will apply pressure to points in your upper back, arms, neck, shoulders, and head. It reduces blockages and promotes better circulation of the cerebral fluids. This type of massage is also a great detoxifier as it stimulates lymphatic drainage.

5 Reasons Why It Pays To Live Somewhere Sunny

Standard

Did you know that being in a warm, sunny place can improve your mood? Put a smile on your face, get some Vitamin D in your life, and contemplate on more reasons why a sunny location can really pay off:

5 Reasons Why It Pays To Live Somewhere Sunny:

We all know it’s true that many people enjoy living in colder parts of the world. The idea of spending a lot of time in the snow and enjoying skiing is a happy one for lots of us! The thing is, those of us that live in sunnier climates often lead healthier and better lives! Here are the reasons why:

  1. You’ll be at your happiest: The idea of building snowmen outdoors or sitting by warm fire inside might sound fun to some of us.
