Get Into The Holiday Spirit

Hi! We are full fledged into the holiday season and I think everyone could use a heaping dose of holiday cheer. This has been a crazy few years, to say the least! Spreading holiday cheer can be with grand gestures, but oftentimes it’s the little things that mean the most. Small acts of kindness that can turn someone’s entire day around. The ideas we’re about to discuss will put you on the Nice List, for sure, but that’s beside the point. It just feels good to do good! Let’s discuss:

Spreading holiday cheer can start right across the street! Should you have a neighbor that might need some extra help, be the person to offer. This could include shoveling snow, stopping by with a delicious meal, gifting a wreath for their door, or lighting up the outside of their home for a festive touch. I know firsthand the power of these gestures. Our downstairs neighbor is one of our best friends and whenever I am cooking, there is always a plate ready for him too. It makes both of our days and that is exactly what friends are for. ❤

Toy drives and food pantries are amazing ways to share your good fortune. Lots of local businesses in my neck of the woods are hosting drives for toys and food so ask around for a place that you can drop off to. This is also the time of year for grocery stores to run promotions like “spend X amount and get a free turkey or X Y and Z”. A local shelter could really benefit from that for their holiday meals. A gesture like this can truly do a world of good so give what you can so everyone in your community can have a special holiday too.

In the same breath, I have seen countless posts on talk of the town pages about people creating Blessing Boxes. It is essentially a Little Free Library but for pantry items. Food insecurity is such a major issue and creating a Blessing Box for your neighborhood would be fantastic. When an entire neighborhood gets together, there is nothing you can’t do to help so give what you can. Even if what you can give is not a lot, don’t downplay it. It still makes a huge difference!

A resounding need at homeless shelters as the weather turns is cold weather clothing items like thick socks, gloves, hats, scarves, and jackets. Other items that are always needed include personal hygiene supplies, underwear, and diapers. If you look on their websites, you might also find wish lists for families that are living there. Creating care packages to drop off can help keep the neighbors in your community warm and comfortable. You can also make cash donations on websites too and find ways to volunteer your time. This is always a need and you might find yourself returning at least once a week.

There are so many people who have no one to spend the holidays with, especially those in nursing homes. You could host a holiday card or gift drive to drop off or simply be there and spend time. I often see posts from local nursing homes requesting something like this on talk of the town pages. If you can’t find any posts, call around. This can create such a bright memory for all parties involved!

Everyone deserves a safe and happy holiday season. Do what you can to make it happen and remember, anything you do is something! ❤

Do you volunteer anywhere? How do you spread holiday cheer? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Unlock Increased Beauty This Winter With These Tips

Unlock Increased Beauty This Winter With These Tips

The colder months can bring several beauty challenges like dry, chapped skin and building a defined strategy is vital. The great news is that you don’t need to implement huge changes to see big results. Focus on the five ideas below to look and feel your best in winter and beyond:

Professional treatments are the ideal solution to relax and pamper. Selecting top luxury spa experiences can address some of the problems you’ve been facing and restore your natural beauty. Both the physical and emotional rewards are huge. Repeat experiences will elevate the benefits to another level. Make this a commitment to yourself and you will not regret it.

Professional beauty treatments build a strong foundation. For the best results, though, you must look to maintain your success through improved daily habits. Learning to use retinol for skin repair purposes and better overall health will serve you well. Organic makeup materials are far kinder to your face too, which is why they should be added to your cause. However, it is equally crucial to remove makeup before bed and give your skin a chance to breathe overnight. Otherwise, the benefits of strong daily routines will be compromised.

You already know that your appearance is partly a reflection of your health. So, an investment into wellness is sure to have a positive impact. Overhauling your entire life isn’t realistic, but you can increase your daily hydration with ease. When you do, your skin will gain a far better glow and be less prone to acne. Sleep is the other key focal point. Most people need 7-9 hours per night, but going to bed at around the same time each night is vital. A better circadian rhythm aids looks as well as health.

When thinking about beauty, fashion is a natural extension. Throughout the winter months, color coordination can elevate your outfits. Lipsticks and eye shadows that complement a cozy jacket or stylish dress takes your look to new heights. Similarly, a new hair color can be supported by nail art. Color coordination makes a look feel more considered, thus creating a far more powerful impact. It is one of the simplest ways to truly stand out.

Finally, you need to protect your skin from the damage caused by harsh weather. This could mean protecting it from extreme cold and high winds. It’s equally important to wear SPF sun protection in the winter sun. As well as protecting your cheeks, you must pay attention to the lips and eyes. After all, they are central to all human interactions.

Avoid the blemishes and signs of poor skin protection to maintain your best look all winter long!

Health Issues That Could Be Hindering Your Friendships

Health Issues That Could Be Hindering Your Friendships

Friends are people who should always be there for you. They’re who you tell about your worries, and, if you ever get ill, you assume they’ll be by your side. But, did you know that there may also be elements of your health that could prove problematic to your friendships in a few key ways, or at least put you on the back foot of your friendship group if you aren’t careful? After all, certain health struggles can stop you from joining in and engaging with your friends as much as you might like. Worse, you might not even notice it happening! This can have an ongoing negative impact on your friendships over time. But what exactly are these health conditions, and what can you do about them? Keep on reading to find out:

Hearing setbacks are easily missed at first, but they can have a major impact on how you interact with the world, including your friends. If you’re having trouble hearing for reasons including infection, earwax buildup, or hearing loss, then you may struggle to follow conversations or find yourself constantly asking people to repeat themselves.

This can be as frustrating to the people around you as it is to you, and you may even find yourself declining friend invites. That can significantly impact your relationships, and it’s something you can avoid by simply getting your ears checked. Professionals may recommend treatments including hearing aids, earwax removal, or even just antibiotics, all of which will see you socializing normally again!

Mental health challenges impact around 1 in 5 adults in the US. Yet, when you’re experiencing problems like anxiety or depression, you may feel increasingly isolated and may, in turn, isolate yourself from your friends. These problems can also be embarrassing or difficult to talk about, meaning that you might hide the reality, and instead make excuses. In truth, though, friendship is key to improving your mental health, which is why you should always be honest. Friends are far more likely to understand that way, and may even play an important role in getting you the help you need.

Physical problems like a bad back or painful knees can also prove problematic to your friendships, as you may start to avoid long outings or hold back when you are with friends. Equally, you may push yourself too much when trying to keep up with everyone else and experience an even longer-term issue. Again, just telling your friends will help here. That way, you can work together to make plans that leave room for plenty of breaks, or even have a more accessible option for you to use a wheelchair or other supports. That way, you can keep up without requiring your friends to change their existing plans!

Friends are with you through thick and thin, but if hidden health issues like these are creeping between you, it’s time to take action. Simply be honest, get help, and protect your friendships at all costs!

Lil Red’s Book Club: The Regulators By Stephen King As Richard Bachman Edition

Lil Red’s Book Club: The Regulators By Stephen King As Richard Bachman Edition

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new edition of Lil Red’s Book Club! After accidentally borrowing a book from the library I had read before, I was in a literature limbo. So, I decided to consult mine and Johnny’s own library for a new book. We have been really enjoying watching Welcome To Derry and I had Stephen King on the mind. From Johnny’s collection of his works, I chose The Regulators which was written as Richard Bachman. The kooky cover screamed out at me and I devoured the almost five hundred page book in three sittings. This will be a spoiler free setting, as always. Before we begin, however, a big fat trigger warning will be placed on The Regulators for highly disturbing content, suicide, and violence in all possible forms. Now, let’s get to it:

Poplar Street is the perfect slice of suburbia located near Columbus, Ohio. A place where neighbors barbecue, talk sports over their fences, and kids toss frisbees and footballs all summer long. It is a buzzing community and everyone is constantly out enjoying the weather and freedom of sweet summertime. Except for Audrey and her little nephew, Seth. The neighbors haven’t seen much of them since Audrey’s husband committed suicide and their house sits like a storm cloud on picturesque Poplar Street.

If the house looks uninviting from the outside, just imagine the state indoors. Audrey and her late husband took Seth in after his entire family was killed in a freak drive by shooting. Seth has autism and inside his secret world in his mind and body is the host to something terrible. A vampire named Tak. Tak called to Seth on a family road trip and the little boy answered back. Tak desires strength, to procreate, and shares a passion for everything Seth loves: Chocolate milk and Chef Boyardee and his favorite forms of entertainment. Old westerns like Bonanza and The Regulators as well as a cartoon called MotoKop 2200.

An evil unlike anything the world has ever known is living in her home. A home that is littered with trash, ant infestations, and rotting food. When Tak goes away, Seth is still the same sweet little boy that Audrey loves with all her heart. When Tak returns, he has the power to make people hurt themselves. To slap themselves silly, fall down the stairs, and even end their own life. Tak is growing stronger by the day no matter how hard Audrey and Seth try to block their minds to hinder him. The vampire feeds on pain and negativity and he needs more than what this poor aunt and nephew can provide. So, he takes matters to the streets.

In Tak’s world, anything goes. All he has to do is call on what is already in Seth’s imagination: Outlaws in a shootout and cartoon MotoKops saving the world from destruction. In this skewed reality, the residents of Poplar Street are dead center in a mishmash of Seth’s favorite things. Cowboys and cops wreak havoc on the once quiet neighborhood. Destroying homes, causing fires, and killing everyone that stands in their way. As Tak feeds on the dead, his power increases and he transforms the entire world around them. They are no longer on Poplar Street but a world where Tak reigns supreme. Will the survivors live another hour let alone another minute? Will Seth forever be doomed to be Tak’s host? Read The Regulators to find out!

WOW. What a whacky story right?! Totally and completely insane. And you know what? I loved it! The Regulators was so unlike anything I have ever read before or seen in a movie or show and I couldn’t stop turning the page to save my own life. In a way, Richard Bachman created a dream scenario – a child whose favorite shows have come to life. It’s a fantastical idea but the cause and cost are so horrific that the dream is a full fledged nightmare.

My heart absolutely shattered for Seth and Audrey during the entirety of my binge read. This family has already been through so much and now a vampire is added to the mix?! And all they could do was suffer on their own because who would believe a story like this? All the while, life on Poplar Street continued as normal as evil festered a few houses down. It just goes to show that you never know what is going on behind closed doors.

The Regulators was action packed and was a cross between vampire horror, sci-fi, and bang bang shoot em’ up westerns. Right off the jump, this book kicked it into overdrive. So much so, that it took a while to gather my bearings around the other residents of Poplar Street. As this book dealt with so many people, it was hard to get a grip on who was who and form any meaningful connections with them. For me, this didn’t happen until beyond halfway through for some of the key players. At times, it made comprehending everything a bit difficult because all of the insanity was happening to people whose names I barely remembered. However, chaos was exactly what Bachman wanted and The Regulators had it in spades!

Overall, I am going to rate The Regulators with an eight and a half out of ten stars. The story was excellent but I could have done without the countless character overload!

What are you currently reading? What should I read next? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

How To Succeed With Your Dental Practice

How To Succeed With Your Dental Practice

If you are keen to try and make sure that your dental practice is as strong as possible, there are lots of things that you might want to bear in mind. The truth is that you can always improve your dental practice, and it’s the kind of business that is open to being quite flexible. What are some of the areas that you might want to focus on to help you with this? Here are some ways to help succeed with your dental practice as much as possible in today’s world:

This is one of those things that will make a huge difference and can be relatively simple to achieve. If you want people to come back – which can be tricky when it comes to the dentist – then you should aim to build a personal patient experience that each individual patient will appreciate. That means that scheduling is made smooth and flexible, you have trained your team to greet patients by name, and you follow up after significant procedures. Patients notice these small touches!

There is a lot to be said for making sure that you are using the best possible equipment you can. As long as you are doing this, you are going to find that you are much more likely to succeed, and that the experience your patients have is so much better too. For instance, you might want to think about making use of dental-grade soft reline material where possible, as this is going to be much more resilient and effective than any other grade.

If you want to run a successful practice, you need to make sure that everyone is on board at all times. Your staff is your brand in motion, so make sure that you have strong practices and that you are investing time in clear workflows, regular team meetings, defined roles and recognition for good performance.

If you can streamline operations through the tracking of key metrics and using the right systems for everything from billing to inventory, you are going to find that it makes for a much more efficient dental practice overall. You will notice, your staff will notice, and your patients will definitely notice, so it’s something you’ll want to invest in.

Happy patients will continue to come back and these tips can certainly help!

Funko Pop Haul

Funko Pop Haul

Hi!! A few weekends ago I attended Akron Comicon with Johnny and my big bro. It is our tradition to go together and we look forward to it every year! Akron Comicon is the place to be to celebrate any and all fandoms, meet new friends, and shop til you drop. From walls of Lego Minifigs to outstanding artwork and collectables of all kinds, it is so much fun to walk through the vendors peddling their wares. One of the stands was selling Funko Pops for half off which was SUCH a steal and we ended up walking away with four more to add to our collection. Check it out:

Our haul definitely erred on the side of Christmas with a side of music for good measure. I was absolutely elated when Johnny found Luke Spiller, the front man of The Struts. This is one I have coveted for a while as they are one of our favorite bands and we were lucky enough to see them in Cleveland this past August. Experiencing The Struts live was one of our bucket list concerts and it was unforgettable. I still can’t quite believe it and our new Funko is such a fantastic nod to our big night out. ❤

On a polar opposite note, the remainder of our haul paid homage to our all time favorite Christmas movies. Ever since Johnny and I started dating, it is our tradition to watch The Muppet Christmas Carol together every Christmas. I am treated to a concert starring Johnny as he knows every song by heart. I must say, last year’s performance was probably the best one yet and we were both impressed with his character voice work lol. There is nothing humbug about our new Scrooge Funko, though! How cute is that?! It even comes complete with his first gift he received – a red scarf. :*)

Last but not least was our little pride and joys from Jingle All The Way. This is not just a Christmas movie to us but a year round flick and we must watch it at least ten times per year. We love an Arnold Schwarzenegger vehicle and this one holds strangely sentimental sentiments. When Johnny and I had our first conversation on Facebook Messenger, I scrolled through his page and saw that the only thing he posted in literal months was a video of the “Put the cookie down – NOW!” scene. It really humored me and I knew he was a keeper! Also we just LOVE that Howard As Turbo Man is holding a little Turbo Man Funko!! 😀

This Funko Pop Haul was a collection of a few of our favorite things and we got them for a steal. You can’t beat that!

Do you collect anything? Do you have any Funko Pops? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Lunch Date OOTD

Lunch Date OOTD

Howdy! This past weekend Johnny and I went on a fabulous lunch date to Boss ChickNBeer. We had the most fantastic meal, made some new friends, and found our new favorite restaurant! Since our plan was to dine and dash… Not literally lol as in dash to go back home, I opted for a casually cute OOTD. As soon as I got back home it was back into comfortably cute pajamas! I couldn’t wait to show off my amazing new TJMaxx cherry earrings and knew exactly what I wanted to wear to really make them pop. Check it out:

Cardigan: Jessica Simpson, TJMaxx

Crop Top: This was purchased forever ago from Target

Skinny Jeans: 1822 Denim, TJMaxx

Heeled Combat Boots: BCBG, TJMaxx

Cherry Earrings: Anthropologie, TJMaxx

The apple belt was legit purchased when I was a teenager from some stand in the mall lol

An outfit like this is about as casual as it gets for your girl without being in pajamas. I am one to dress for the occasion, however, and a lunch date definitely doesn’t call for dressing to the nines. Regardless, I still had a lot of fun with this look because of the accessories! I knew right where to start with this fit because I had already pictured pairing my cherry earrings with the cream colored Jessica Simpson cardi. The deep red cherries directly against this neutral sweater was just *chef’s kiss*. Also, can we talk about how pretty those raised flower decals are? This cardi is so soft and sweet and is the perfect one to wrap yourself in on a chilly fall day.

Next on the agenda was the outfit’s base. As I wanted cherry red to pop with the other fruit themed accessory I had up my sleeve, All Black Everything was the move. I slipped on my go to pair of skinnies by 1822 Denim as well as a little cropped number from Target. I’m pretty sure I got this top as a teenager but I refuse to part with it. It is so handy to have this basic essential to put on when you want to make other pieces in your outfit shine. Remember, simple is best when you want a statement piece to be the focal point in your fit.

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. I started with my cherry bomb earrings, of course, and chose a pair of heeled combat boots by BCBG. Red and green are complimentary colors so I knew this pair would work. I didn’t want this look to be Christmas-y, though, and that was deterred by having the green all the way at the bottom. After the shoes and the earrings were on, I still wasn’t in love with this OOTD. So, I decided to add a bright red belt with apple clasps to the mix. That was much more like it! From the top down it went from pop of red to cream back to pop of red again for a tutti fruity surprise. With that, I was ready to hit the road for our Lunch Date!

These accessories made my Lunch Date OOTD a total blast with bursts of red for casual vibes with a fruity twist!

Do you have a favorite type of jewelry? Do you own any quirky accessories? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Substitute Pet Gifts

Substitute Pet Gifts

Hello! The holiday season is right around the corner and for some reason, pets are a popular gifting option. Post holidays? Local shelters are packed to capacity with unwanted animals that were gifted. Like the trend of pet bunnies for Easter, animals are not something that should just be given with the potential of giving them away. They are part of the family and should be treated as such through extensive research and evaluating of if you have the time or resources to care for a pet, or if your children are capable and responsible enough to care for it. With that in mind, let’s explore some pseudo pet gifts that are an excellent compromise until you are all ready for the real deal:

Handheld devices, apps, and video games can make an amazing substitute pet gifting option. You could consider a retro Tamagotchi, a subscription for an app like Finch, or a game like Animal Crossing. These gifting ideas are interactive, fun, and offers a level of care to build up responsibility skills to have a pet. I personally would LOVE a Mr. Rengoku Tamagotchi from Demon Slayer! I also adore my daily use of Finch and occasional use of Animal Crossing. Speaking of Animal Crossing, there is going to be a HUGE update coming in January which makes this game all the better. The beauty of it? Once you’re done playing, you’re done for the day – no more care is required!

Honestly, what kiddo (or adult) doesn’t want a new plushie?! Of course, nothing is better than snuggling up with a pet but snuggling up with a plushie is fabulous too. I do so every night! 😀 Squishmallows are a forever popular option or how about a trip to Build A Bear to create your new best friend? Little Live Pets sets are also a really fun option as these plushies have three babies to dress up, groom, and feed. There is a set for dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs too which is perfect if your kiddo is craving a small animal. I got the rabbit set last year for my niece as she wanted pet bunnies just like me. ❤

Prior to getting a pet, it is so important to understand their level of care, wants, and needs. To develop those skills, you could present your kiddo with a volunteer date. You could grab some lunch and spend time at a local shelter. Shelters offer training sessions for volunteers to learn about care taking. Once these classes are complete, you will be able to walk, socialize, feed, and clean up after the pets that need to be adopted. What’s more, your family might be able to develop a bond with a specific pet after putting in the work first and foremost. Whether you end up with a pet or not after this process, it’s still a win/win as the shelter will have some extra help.

Robot pets are super cool and can move and groove along with your kiddo. They can bark, wag, walk, eat, and some can even go to the bathroom! These toy pets can let you know when they are ready for a snack or need to be groomed. Bird pets can perch on your shoulder, monkey ones can grasp your finger, but no matter what you choose can be cuddled, played with, and treasured. This is a great stepping stone in the responsibility department!

Pets are not a gift but the options above totally are!! 🙂

Did you have a toy pet growing up? What are other pet substitute ideas? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Last Minute Holiday Gifts

Standard
Last Minute Holiday Gifts

Howdy! As you all know, I am an early bird Christmas shopper. As someone who had an extensive tenure working retail from my teens to early twenties, the last thing I want is to be caught in the midst of holiday shopping anarchy. I experienced it first hand for so long that even now I can’t be bothered with it! I still have a handful of gifts to purchase and I feel like time is running out despite Christmas being over a month away lol. In my head it is down to the wire! Waiting till the true last minute, however, can be unavoidable so let’s explore some gift options that are sure to please when it gets down to the nitty gritty:

In the weeks leading up to the holidays, there are sure to be countless vendor fairs happening in your neck of the woods. This is a win/win situation to purchase from. You will be supporting local makers while checking off everyone on your list. From homemade crafts and body care to jewelry and sweet treats, you could consider an outing to a vendor fair as a one stop shop. If you are not sure where to find a vendor fair, take a look at your local talk of the town pages. You can also explore the calendars at churches, banquet halls, or community centers which are often popular places to host a vendor fair.

The beauty of food and drink gifts are that they can truly be purchased at the last minute! Your local grocery store might carry options like gift sets for chocolate, booze with a glass or two included, or a festive tin of mixed nuts or popcorn. If not, good thing you’re in a grocery store! Food and drink sets can easily be made on your own. All you need are some baskets and an idea. Perhaps you will opt for all of the fixings for soup or a pasta dish. Maybe you will put together a basket with cake mixes and a cupcake tin. How about a basket filled with movie theater candy for those with a sweet tooth? A gift like this can be perfectly customized to the recipient and will definitely be used.

There is this common fear that gift cards feel impersonal and not thoughtful enough. I think that can’t be farther from the truth! If you feel this way about gift cards, you can still personalize it to make it feel more special. You could treat a couple on your list to a gift card to the movie theater or a restaurant for a date night on you. Maybe you will get a gift card for your mom to get her nails done and you can get a mani or pedi together. What about a gift card to Home Depot or a craft store for those with a project in mind? Gift cards specific for what a person wants or needs to get done is extremely thoughtful!

Gifts of experience are always a fabulous way to go as it’s a clutter free gift and a way to have fun altogether. You could take the kiddos on your list to an afternoon at a trampoline park or an arcade. The adults could be treated to a few rounds of drinks at a favorite bar or a dinner out. If a play or musical is showing nearby, snag some tickets! Other great options include a craft workshop or paint class, bowling, a cooking class, or a coffee or wine tasting. Whether you try something new or visit a family favorite location, a day with family is the best gift ever.

A game gift is perfect for those who love to host game nights or enjoy a rousing board game with their partner or kiddos. Like food and drink gifts, game gifts are an extremely safe bet for last minute prezzies. Any store like Walmart is bound to have shelves full! Local gaming stores also will carry classic games as well as more unique ones that you might not find elsewhere. Board games, card shufflers, or video games can be used again and again to provide hours of amusement. You can also opt for a gift card for the Nintendo Switch or a subscription for PlayStation. Then, tie it in with a gift of experience like the first family game night taking place at your house!

Regardless of waiting until the last minute, these ideas above are always going to be available and ready to put under the tree!

Are you an early or last minute holiday shopper? When do you want to have your holiday shopping done by? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

6 Signs You’re Ready For Rejuvenation Therapies

6 Signs You’re Ready For Rejuvenation Therapies

Rejuvenation therapies might sound futuristic, but they’re actually becoming more common over time. As technology advances, more possibilities are emerging. But what are the signs you’re ready for one of these treatments? How do you know if you should go ahead? That’s what we’ll look at in this post:

If your biological age test came back higher than expected, then that could be a sign you’re ready for some sort of rejuvenating therapy. If you’re older than your chronological age, it suggests that something’s gone wrong with your lifestyle and you need to intervene. Pay special attention if the gap between the test and your real age is more than five years. Acting quickly can help prevent health issues from developing and creeping up on you in the future.

Another sign you’re ready for rejuvenation is when you flinch every time you encounter bright, white light. You worry about how the shadows cast on your face will actually look to other people. This feeling is even worse if you have “Gen Z face.” You’re not even that old! If lighting is an issue for you, look at ways to improve your skin tone. Eating more yellow vegetables is usually the best and most effective option.

The older you get, the more your hair is prone to falling out, wreaking havoc on your self confidence. Fortunately, hair restoration is commonplace these days, and the techniques are far more advanced than ever before. Surgeons simply transplant hair from one part of your scalp to the other, giving you a fuller look.

If you already started budgeting for supplements, you’re preparing yourself to spend a lot of money on pills you hope will keep you looking and feeling young and fresh. Some of the best supplements are things like NAD boosters and fucoidan. However, there are plenty of others worth exploring that you should consider investigating if you have the time.

You might also be ready for rejuvenation therapy if you fear missing out every time someone on Twitter drops a rejuvenation thread. If you’re reading it and wishing it was you in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, you’re not alone!

Lastly, you might seriously want to look into various rejuvenation therapies if your joints are creaking and aching. These can make them far less likely to hurt in the future and help keep you fit and active.

The best therapies are things like peptides and plasma infusions. These get right to the source of the problem and help to rebuild any damage. You could also just look at improving your diet and still get good results!
