New Merch Drop

Hello! I have been working as the social media manager for Ohio’s premier personal injury lawyer, Tim Misny, since April of last year. I truly consider myself to be the luckiest girl in the world because it is a dream job and I love every minute of it. The best part about my job is everything but what I am especially partial to outside of creating content is assisting with billboard and merch designs. Tim’s billboards are an institution in Ohio and it is an honor to have had some input on them!

One of our most popular billboards is, easily, our Warhol inspired print and I am thrilled because we just made it in hoodie form for Misny Merch:

Misny Merch is the gift that keeps on giving. Not only will you look ultra cool BUT you will be helping those in need with your purchase. ALL proceeds from Misny Merch benefits the Cleveland City Mission, which is a charity Tim holds very close to his heart. It is so important to Tim to give back to our beloved community and Misny Merch does just that. Our merch is also incredibly special to me because that’s how Tim and I first met – through an OOTD I shot wearing some of our signature swag. It really is something that hits me in the nostalgia every time because it has been a whirlwind since I posted that outfit. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I am wearing my Warhol hoodie as I type this and it is so snuggly and warm – perfect for the single digit temperatures we are currently experiencing. I had many people compliment it as well as question who it is on the picture lol. Tim has really fallen into IYKYK status and once you are in on it is when the magic happens. Your eye will forever be drawn to his many, many billboards every time you hop in the car. Misny Merch is ideal for those in the fandom and, if not, I think it would be hilarious to have a subliminal shirt of a personal injury lawyer from Ohio! Either way, your order is going to do a world of good for those at the City Mission. ❤

Happy Workiversary!!

Hello!! October 29th was an exciting day for me because it marked six whole months of being the social media manager for Tim Misny. For those of you who don’t know, Tim is one of the most prominent local celebrities in Ohio. He is a personal injury lawyer who achieved viral status thanks to his genius billboard marketing and signature catchphrase of “I’ll Make Them Pay”. Literally everyone in Ohio knows who this man is and it is honestly so crazy that I work for him. If someone would have told me six months ago that my days wouldn’t feel complete without talking to Tim, I would have asked if you were on drugs lol.

I met Tim back in November of 2023 as a contest winner to visit his property, Misnyland, for a picnic. The contest was for people to post pictures of themselves sporting Misny Merch for the chance to win. I hate to sound cocky, but I knew I had a victory in the bag with my Misny To The Max OOTD and I was on cloud nine when I got the call to confirm it. At the picnic, I asked Tim if I could conduct an interview and we could have talked and talked all day if he didn’t have to say goodbye to his guests. We kept in touch after the fact and began creating content together in the winter. Then, I attended a spring picnic as his guest in 2024 and got hired shortly after.

Every day since has been nothing short of an absolute blast. One of Tim’s phrases is “Who says we can’t have fun?” and we sure do! I love all aspects of my job and have made so many fond memories already. Some of my most favorites were visiting a Cleveland radio station, assisting with a talk at Kent State University, helping host picnics, and the most recent one of having one of the videos I shot air on CBS. I never know what is in store for me every day, but I always know it will be something fun, new, and exciting. I am such a lucky gal!

We have SO much cool content planned for the holiday season and I cannot wait to get started on it. I also cannot believe I am excited about Christmas when spooky season is barely over lol – I guess a great job will do that to you!

Something Cool!!!

Hello!! I have been working as the social media manager for Tim Misny since the end of April. It has been the best experience and there is always something new and exciting to look forward to every day. While I love going to different events with Tim, one of my favorite things to do is simply shoot content. It is, after all, the cornerstone of my job and collaborating with Tim on what we should create next is SO much fun. This past week, I visited Misnyland to shoot three different videos. One was for a new Halloween themed contest, the other was a video with Tim and yours truly modeling some new Misny Merch, and the last one was Tim talking about the importance of voting.

I had absolutely no idea that Tim wanted to use the voting video to fill his regular Friday morning spot on CBS so it was a wonderful surprise. We recently received the final edit and I wanted to share it with all of you:

When I saw Version 2.0 of my video, I was completely shook. What started out as a video that I assumed was strictly for social media became a newsworthy clip and it will be airing every Friday until the election. I am SO incredibly proud of this and thankful for each and every opportunity that this job has given me. Honestly, if you would have told me at the beginning of 2024 that I would be stepping into a full fledged social media career with Ohio’s biggest local celebrity – I would have asked you if you were high lol. Yet, here we are and even if I have been in this roll for almost half a year, every day still feels like a dream come true. ❤

I know that the vast majority of you have no idea who Tim Misny is when I reference him and that’s okay! Regardless, I would be so appreciative if you followed his pages anyways because they sure are fun. And, as a bonus, you get a peek into what little old me is up to for work in real time. Rad On The Radio

Hello! When I think about my job working as Tim Misny’s social media manager, I never really consider it work because it feels like all play! Even though I mainly work from home, every day feels like an exciting adventure. My favorite part of my job, other than everything, is when I can go out and shoot content for different events and collaborations. This past Friday was a particularly fun day for me because I got to go to the Q104 radio station in Cleveland to capture a surprise visit from Tim at the Bill and Alyssa morning show. I often tune into that program and I also have never stepped foot in a radio station before so I was fangirling pretty hard! Check it out:

Our Q104 visit was for a very special occasion – we were there to surprise the upcoming birthday girl, Alyssa. She is a huge fan of Tim’s and her co-host, Bill, contacted us to see if we might consider coming to the studio as her birthday gift. We were most definitely up for it! For her prezzie, Tim went live on the airwaves to sing Alyssa happy birthday, do an interview, and give her a bagful of Misny Merch swag. She was a kid on Christmas day level excited and it was so joyous to be able to capture the interactions between the two of them. The entire time we were there, I couldn’t stop thinking that it really doesn’t get better than this.

Something that I love about my other job as an Independent Provider for people with special needs is that every day is a bit different. No day is exactly like the other and it makes going to work a pleasure because I never know what is in store for me. Working with Tim is the exact same way. It seems like something brand new is happening ALL of the time and I enjoy the thinking on your feet, problem solving aspect of it. It’s fast paced, interactive, and creative even if I’m working from home – settings that I thrive in. And, although there is nothing better than being at home with my darling bunnies during the day, going out to shoot content at different locations is the perfect cherry on top!

I honestly still can’t believe that I got to chill with radio hosts that I actively listen to on Friday. It was so cool to listen to the Bill and Alyssa show as I drove to work on Monday morning because I finally have a face for their very familiar voices!

Full Circle Moment

Hi! Way back in May of last year, I entered a contest with an OOTD to get invited to a picnic at Misnyland – the estate of Ohio’s most well known personal injury lawyer, Tim Misny. I still remember receiving the call that said I won. The picnic took place several months later in November and Tim and I became fast friends thanks to conducting an interview with him. We seriously could have talked all day! This too crazy to be true friendship turned into us creating content together and at the end of this past April, I accepted a job as his social media manager. It is the absolute best!

Every day since starting my new job has been an exciting adventure. We just have so much fun and it feels amazing to have been given this opportunity. Tim and I are a dream time and I love being able to go to events with him and shoot content, do interviews, and interact with all of his fans. It’s always a good time, but this past week took the cake. On Friday the fourteenth, we hosted a Misnyland summer picnic. Rather than attending it as a guest, I got to be there working as an employee. It was such a cool Full Circle Moment and so awesome to reflect on. If you told me that I’d eventually become Tim’s social media manager after meeting him for the first time, I would have laughed out loud!

Last week’s picnic was a whirlwind and my only regret is that it went by too quick. I felt like I blinked and it was over. I guess that’s how things go when you love your job! Before the picnic, I got to help set it up and it was so nice to be able to see all of my coworkers IRL. Then, the guests arrived and it was time to rock and roll. Throughout the entire duration of the picnic, I was snapping pics, shooting content, and going live on Facebook for our viewers to see the festivities. My favorite part was being able to interact with the guests with Tim and the lively banter we shared. Everyone was having a great time and it was so special to have played a part in it. I can’t wait to do it again. 😀

It will be two months with my new job on June twenty-ninth, but it feels like I have been doing it for forever already – in the best way possible. Doing something you love every day is such a gift and I am eternally grateful for it!

Summer Festival OOTD

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! A couple of weeks ago, I happily accepted a new job as Tim Misny’s social media manager and it has been freaking awesome. It is such a major accomplishment and I have loved every minute of it. One of my first content creating missions was at the Louie Run this past weekend to kick off the motorcycle season in Ohio. I don’t have too many pictures of my outfit because I was going nonstop all day, but I wanted to share a few shots anyways. I think this look is perfect for a Summer Festival! Check it out:

In terms of weather, we lucked out the day of the Louie Run. It was supposed to rain throughout the day, but it held off. However, the lack of rain made for a very hot and humid day and I knew I would need to put together a summer look to accommodate. For my outfit, I wanted something cute, cool, and classic. I also wanted to style an OOTD that was fairly simple because I would be interviewing a lot of people and didn’t want to take away from it. This look screams fresh and fun in the sun and it is exactly what I was going for!

To build this outfit, I started with my pretty flower embroidered Love On A Hanger top. I adore the navy pattern against the crisp white base and it reminds me of porcelain dishes. I appreciated the spaghetti straps for the muggy day ahead and I also liked that the sort of V neck wasn’t an extreme plunge. This made it still feel appropriate because I was technically working even though I was having a total blast. 😀

My Love On A Hanger top is ideal for pairing with sweet little jean shorts and I went with one of my go tos from American Eagle. As always, their shorts are the absolute best! I have several pairs of their denim shorts, but I chose an undistressed one for this look. Between the pattern on the top and all of my tattoos out for the world and god to see, there was no need for any extra bells and whistles. These shorts kept me cool and comfortable all day and I couldn’t even imagine the misery that would have happened if I wore jeans lol.

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For shoes, I went with a darling pair of embroidered heels by Sbicca. These were an excellent choice for a few reasons. 1) The heel was thick and supportive for walking around all day. 2) Even though they are a faded denim in color, it still worked because denim is a neutral. Last on the agenda was jewelry and I simply added one of my favorite pairs of turquoise earrings from my mom and called it. As I said, with my tattoos out for the world and god to see, this outfit didn’t need any extra bells and whistles!

This Summer Festival OOTD is one of the more simple ones that I have styled. However, sometimes you need to dress for the occasion and not just what you want to wear. So, simple or not, this outfit was a great success!

Louie Run Fun

Hello everyone! This past week has been a crazy busy one because I started my brand new job as Tim Misny’s social media manager. It has been an absolute whirlwind and I have been enjoying myself so much! My first assignment, so to speak, was this past Sunday at the Lake County Fairgrounds for the 40th Annual Louie Run. The Louie Run is the “unofficial official” kick start to the motorcycle riding season in Ohio and honors those who lost their lives or were injured through motorcycle accidents. It also tips its cap to those who have made a positive impact on the motorcycle community. This was definitely an event that Johnny and I didn’t expect to find ourselves at, but it was SO awesome!! The Louie Run was jam packed with activities (classic car and motorcycle shows, stunt shows, etc) food trucks, vendors, and musicians and it was my job to capture it. As soon as Johnny and I arrived on scene, it went straight to shooting Facebook Live segments and snapping pics and videos to post on social media throughout the week. We were going here, there, and everywhere so I could conduct interviews and showcase all of the excitement of the day. Even though it was exhausting, it was a complete dream come true! I have conducted several interviews in the past, but it was always with people I knew. On the spot interviews are something I have never done before or even had the opportunity to do and I think I nailed it. 😀

Basically every single moment at the Louie Run was hectic and every time I thought Johnny and I had a moment to catch our breath, it was onto the next thing. That’s not to say that we didn’t love every minute of it, though! We were also still able to pencil in a few moments for non work related fun too. We adored seeing the tiniest rider of the day proudly rolling around on his mini bike and all of the random conversations we had with the attendees. Johnny and I also got the biggest kick out of the several requests for pictures I got as we strolled around the fairgrounds. It had me feeling like a celebrity and it was really cool!!

Hello everyone and welcome to the blooper reel from my Spring Picnic OOTD! Last Friday, Johnny and I made a trip to Misnyland to hang out with Tim Misny and contest winners for a picnic. We all had an awesome time and it was definitely a straight shot to the nostalgia because a party like the one we attended was how I met Tim in the first place. It was so fun to meet other Misny super fans and I think it’s just the tops to see people so happy thanks to my new boss’ efforts. Mirror, mirror on the wall – who’s the fairest of them all?

Spoiler Alert: The fairest of them all is Tim!

Post bloopers, I like to talk about a funny occurrence or something random. I guess this story is going to fall under the random category… I don’t know about all of you, but I live for throwback music. The 90s and 2K era for pop, rap, and alternative just can’t be beat and it’s nice to know that my musical taste stunted around 2010 lol. Because I drive a lot for work, I have grown increasingly fond of radio programs. I love playing the trivia games on 107.9 and listening to the Jeremiah Show on 96.5. My favorite thing, though, is Throwback Thursday on 88.1.

88.1 is a super cool station that is run by the students at the University of Akron and is what I listen to the most frequently. Every Thursday, they play throwback hits all day and it makes for the best day ever. The irony is not lost on me that these students were probably not even born when these songs were coming out! But I digress. As the weather has turned lovely in Ohio, it made my last Throwback Thursday even better than usual. With the windows down and music blasting, it almost made me forget that I was on my way to work. But, hey, that early Britney Spears is going to do it for me every time!

I have officially turned into one of those people that has got to listen to their radio programs and I can’t say I’m mad about it. My next goal is to dedicate some time to doing tons of entries to play trivia on 107.9 because I am confident I can win it. So, don’t be surprised if baby girl has a future come up lol!

New Job – No Prob!!

Hello!! As you all know, Johnny and I have become friends with Ohio’s favorite personal injury lawyer, Tim Misny. The past half a year or so has been an absolute whirlwind because of it and I still have to pinch myself that I even know Tim at all lol. Since meeting Tim, we have collaborated on lots of cool content, enjoyed delicious food and the best company a gal could ask for. I thought I was lucky before, but that changed completely thanks to a phone call this past Monday. Now, I consider myself the luckiest girl in the world!

On Monday, I received a call from Tim’s office manager with an offer… To work as the social media manager for Tim Misny!!! This is not my first rodeo doing social media management, but this is most definitely the biggest person I have worked with yet. Tim truly is a celebrity in Ohio and when I say that everyone knows who he is, I mean everyone and their brother. Creating content with Tim this winter was a blast, but I never in my wildest dreams thought that it would turn into an opportunity like this. 😀

With my new position, I will be working hard to freshen up Tim’s social media pages through interactive content, contests, and interviews. In fact, we just shot our first video to start that process on Thursday! I have also been designing new clothing and products for the Misny Merch line. I am particularly excited about this because it’s no secret that I love fashion and I have a ton of ideas to make the merch line really pop. It’s like this job was made for me!

I have been working towards a job like this since lifewithlilred began almost a decade ago. I feel like it is my big break and I am going to savor every moment of it. Spring Picnic OOTD

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! This past Friday, Johnny and I attended a spring picnic hosted by our friend Tim Misny. This was a party for social media contest winners and it was such fun to mingle with so many cool new people at Misnyland. We had beautiful weather for the get together and it was the first day that truly felt like spring in forever. Naturally, I had to show out in a little something something! Check it out:

Normally when I’m preparing an OOTD, I tend to know what I’m going to wear almost immediately. I plan outfits in my head and make adjustments as I’m putting the outfit on. For this particular case, I had an adorable outfit in mind with a bodycon skirt and button down. However, it was just not it once it was on because of the change in my hair color. It has been a while since I had gotten a full on hair makeover and I forgot how the new colors might not compliment every single thing in my wardrobe. At this point, I had to pivot hard.

With what felt like no options and endless options to pick from, I spent a bit of time floundering around my closet and wondering what to do next. With minimal time to get ready and make the hour drive to Misnyland, I decided the best route was the easy one – a dress. Dresses are fantastic because there’s a limit to what you can do with them. It was also the perfect something to throw on for a spring picnic because dresses just scream spring to me!

Once I figured out a solution, it was go time. I browsed the dresses in my closet, but felt bored with what I was seeing. Many of the dresses I own have already been featured on OOTDs before or weren’t appropriate for the weather. Then, I stumbled upon a dress that I had honestly forgotten I had – a pretty little black and white floral number by Altar’d State. This was definitely the one and I loved how it went from form fitting to a flirty flounce on the hemline.

Although I have no problem wearing this dress without anything covering it in the summertime, I needed something for the party. I didn’t want my bra straps showing around a bunch of strangers! The weather didn’t call for a jacket, but I could certainly get away with a light cardigan. I went with an emerald green cardi by Candie’s, which is old as dirt but I still like all the same. The jewel tone against the neutral palette of the dress helped liven things up and the fit was spot on because it ended right when the dress did.

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For shoes, I chose a sweet pair of studded Mary Jane heels. The embellishment added a unique touch and the heels were sturdy, which was essential because we’d be walking on gravel. As a heavily tattooed gal, I tend to shy away from accessories when my ink is out because those are my accessories lol. Anything more just looks like too much so I put on a simple pair of stud earrings and was ready for the party with a few minutes to spare!

My Spring Picnic OOTD was not what I had in mind originally in the slightest. However, it worked beautifully for the occasion and I felt like the Spring Fling Queen in my look!
