What’s your favorite selfie of yourselves? Get those pics out! Uhmmm, probably this one. It’s very loved on Facebook and my sister’s photo bomb is a nice touch!

What is the best compliment you have ever received? That I’m a good person! It’s always nice to receive compliments about your clothes or appearance, but that doesn’t really mean much if you’re a cold hearted gremlin.
Would you lick a poo for £1, 000, 000? Wtf? I mean… What does that translate to in American dollars?? Lololol.
What’s your all-time favorite beauty product? NYX’s matte lipstick in Pure Red and Vidal Sassoon’s Runway Red hair dye from their London Luxe collection.
Who is your favorite beauty vlogger on YouTube? I don’t have one. I don’t really watch YouTube videos.

Hey everyone and happy Thursday! Lifewithlilred has now been floating around in cyber space for over THREE YEARS now, which is crazy. That means it’s been over three years of almost daily publishing, which means that you guys should know me pretty well by now, right?

Hi everyone and happy weekend! I am so pleased to be nominated for my tenth Liebster Award by one of my all time favorite bloggers, friends, and human beings – Kate from Ankhor You. This beautiful blogger brings so much joy into my life and I genuinely hope that everyone has a friend like her for themselves. My days literally don’t feel normal without nonstop texting with her and I live for our two hour long FaceTime dates!

Needless to say, I really do consider her one of my best friends and I am SO excited to get to hang out with her in real life next month at our “Bloggers Conference”. Coffee or tea? Coffee! I’m drinking it as we speak! Err…As I type this?

What is the last movie you saw? In theaters? IT! But I made my sister watch my favorite bad movie, The Room, with me on our way home from vaca!

Favorite Fall accessory? Fingerless gloves. I have way too many pairs!

How often do you blog? I try to blog once a day.

My favorite thing is when people ask me if my red is my natural hair color lol bless their hearts!

Favorite thing to do in the Fall? Shop, shop, shop because I live for fall clothing. And I absolutely love going to haunted houses and taking hikes in the Metro Parks in Ohio.

Where is your next vacation? To Manhattan for the BLOGGERS CONFERENCE!!!

What was your favorite thing that you did this Summer? I loved going on vacation with my entire family earlier this month. It’s rare when all of my siblings can get together so that vacation was really special.

Lipstick or lip gloss? Matte lipstick!

Hi everyone and happy Thursday!! Today is an exciting day because lifewithlilred just got nominated for its ninth Liebster Award. I want to thank my kind nominator, Karissa from Karissa Jacksn so much for thinking of lifewithlilred while creating your post! Karissa is absolutely darling and I know that you’ll enjoy her page so do check it out and give it some love! Now, let’s get to the rules:

Where is your favorite hangout spot? I love going to the Cashmere Cricket with my friends. It’s my favorite bar and it has the most amazing martinis!

What reminds you most of your childhood? Uhhh, I don’t know, I never really thought about it.

What is your favorite candy? Anything sour! I love Sour Patch Kids, Warheads, Sour Skittles, and Shockers.

Texting or calling? Why? It really depends. If I’m trying to have an in depth conversation or make plans with someone, then definitely calling. But if it’s just a “whatever” chit chat, then texting it is!

What is your favorite drink? I like water and coffee. My favorite pop is Diet Coke. My favorite alcoholic drink is moscato and the Strawberry Lemon Drop Martinis from the Cashmere Cricket.

If you could live on a different planet, would you do it? Why? Why not?! If it were an actual civilization and not some barren wasteland, then sure!

Are you now, or were you ever afraid to go to the dentist? Yes! I always have been. I hate going to the dentist and the eye doctor because anything to do with teeth or eyes makes me really squeamish. This all stems from my love of horror movies because so many flicks have painful scenes that have to do with teeth or eyes and that just really gets to me. Freaking YUCK.

Do you have any celebrity crushes? Do I ever! Jack White, Marilyn Manson, Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Britney Spears, and Gwen Stefani, just to name a few!

Did you decorate your living space? Do you like it? No I didn’t because I’m still at home. But I don’t hate it or anything – it’s home!

City or Suburb? Why? Mmmm…suburb. Cities would just be too much for me and the constant noise and hustle and bustle would be so anxiety provoking, in my opinion.

What’s one piece of advice you would give to your younger self? Not to get so worked up about what other people think.

Q & A:

Do you remember any of your dreams? Can you describe one? I have the absolute craziest dreams. You know how people dream about their teeth falling out? Ever since I started getting my talon nails three years ago, I have a reoccurring dream where I’m digging through dirt with my bare hands and my nails are breaking off in the process. Whenever I wake up, I’m so thankful to see that my claws are all still there!

Do you have any family tradition that you want to carry on? Uhh…None that I can think of haha my family doesn’t really have any special traditions. Then again, we usually all get margarita drunk during one of our birthdays. Yeah, I’ll carry out that tradition, for sure!

Who do you laugh the hardest with and why? My mom!! Omg, I always laugh when I’m with her because we both find the same silly things hysterical so once one of us starts laughing it’s totally contagious! For example, a judge on one of our favorite TV shows laughed really funnily and we re-winded the show so many times to hear it again and we were just crying with laughter! Like I said, it’s silly stuff that we think is funny while other people are like “what is wrong with them?”.

What has been the best piece of advice you have received? “Haters gonna hate”, which was on a wrist band that my best friend gave me for like my fifteenth birthday.

Would you rather never read another book or never watch another film/TV show? I love to read, so I would be okay without TV or movies, I suppose.

You’ve been arrested! What have you most likely done? Ooooh, let’s see…If I ever got arrested, it would probably be for a mishap while I’m really wine drunk, lol AYYYY.

Do you have a personal motto that you live by? What is it? Meh, not really.

What is one of your pet peeves? When people ask me how I do anything with my talon nails! It’s so freaking annoying. -_-

What’s something that your brain tries to make you do but you have to will yourself not to do it? Blow my bank account in one huge shopping spree!! Believe me, I think about it on the daily. It’s my cross to bear, I suppose. 😉

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday! I hope that all of you are having a wonderful start to your week. With Christmas being just around the corner in a whopping five days, I thought that it would be fun if we all answered some holiday season related questions and see how everyone is faring during this super festive time of year. My Answers:

  1. My holiday wish list is usually the same every year – moolah and makeup! I love when I can get a full restock of my favorite beauty essentials on Christmas. It may seem kind of boring, but my beauty must haves are things that I use daily and run out of quickly so having a few extra on back stock is a godsend!
  2. I LOVE Christmas dinner, which is typically the same as Thanksgiving dinner! So stuffing, mashed potatoes, yams and all of the vegetarian side dishes are my faves. I don’t really have a favorite holiday drink but I do enjoy treating myself to a Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks at least once during the winter.
  3. I am a very early holiday shopper! I was done buying and wrapping presents by early December and I am so happy for it. Shopping any later would give me anxiety!
  4. I would say that I am a 4 when it comes to holiday gift wrapping. I start out strong but then by gift number three, I think that a toddler could wrap better than I can.
  5. Hmm…last year my mom got me a gorgeous new coat from Target that I had my eyes on for forever and I freaking love that thing so much.
  6. I can’t really think of the worst present that I have ever received – that’s what gift receipts are for!
  7. Online holiday shopping is a must for me. I honestly can’t remember the last time that I did a majority of my Christmas shopping at the mall or wherever. Almost all of my shopping was done on Amazon and it made all of my Christmas purchases a breeze.
  8. My family celebrates Christmas but as a nonbeliever, I am only there for the food and the presents!
  9. MY SISTER IS SO HARD TO SHOP FOR. You would think that she would be one of the easiest but that has never been the case. My sister is very specific when it comes to things that she does and doesn’t like. That’s why I usually have to opt for gift cards or booze for her!
  10. An all expenses paid trip to Europe, duh. 🙂

Hellooo everyone and happy Hump Day! On Monday I was so flattered to be nominated for the Beauty Blogger Award by my sweet friend, Brittany. Q & A:

What is something you are passionate about?

My family, my friends, my education, writing, helping people and animals.

How long have you been blogging?

I’ve been blogging since September of 2014.

What is your go to makeup brand?

For a majority of my makeup needs, I use The Body Shop but I also use Covergirl and Rimmel, as well.

What daily cleansers do you use on your face?

I don’t use a set in stone cleanser, I just buy whatever is on sale. Because my skin doesn’t experience problems such as dryness, acne, or unevenness I can get away with using a pretty basic cleanser. My only requirement is that it can remove my makeup. Right now, I’m using Simple’s cleanser but I don’t care for it too much. I’ll be looking forward to starting a new cleanser soon and I’m always up for suggestions!

Do you have a favorite clothing brand? If so what is it?

I don’t really have a favorite high end clothing brand but I love, love, love H&M! The closest H&M to me is about an hour away so it’s always such a treat when I can shop there.

Does makeup and clothing define your character?

I wouldn’t say it defines my character but I think it definitely enhances it. I’m a quirky girl with an edgy sense of style so I love playing that up with the clothes and makeup that I wear.

What makes you feel confident?

A bold red lip, a pair of heels, my piercings, and a sharp All Black Everything outfit.

How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

It depends on the day! When I’m tired, I find that I always take much longer to get ready but usually I can be done with my morning routine in forty-five minutes to an hour.

Could you live without mascara?

Hmm…I don’t think so. To me, mascara completes the way that I paint my face so if I couldn’t use it, I think I would feel and look very off.

If you could meet anybody in the world who would it be?

Oh jeez… I have so many people who I would love to meet but if I had to choose just one, it would be Jack White. I love him so much it hurts.
