  1. Although I won’t look good in a bikini by summer, I am making some really healthy changes in my life. And I have even adopted some of the suggestions you have made here. It’s a process, but I’m working on progression instead of perfection.

  2. Thank you. A lot of these I already knew but it’s good to have the reminder. Getting into the morning routine of yoga or Pilates is the hardest part… Guess that will be a new goal!
