V-Day But Make It Goth OOTD

Hello everyone and Happy Valentine’s Day! Please be mine xoxo! The other week I thought it would be fun to create a goth V-Day inspired look and I have been so excited to share it with all of you. It had me feeling like a star running through a haunted castle in a Guillermo Del Toro movie and it was nothing short of exhilarating. This look also features a couple of gorgeous vintage hand me downs that belonged to Johnny’s grandma. Clearly, she had impeccable taste! Check it out:

Crushed Velvet Coat: There was no brand name to be found but this was a vintage hand me down

Polka Dot Slip Dress: Talia Benson, TJMaxx

Skeleton Platforms: Dolls Kill

Gloves: These were also a vintage hand me down

Teardrop Earrings: I think I got these at Target

When I began thinking about a goth Valentine’s Day OOTD, the Talia Benson slip dress immediately came to mind. It brings the drama with a form fitting slip, a mesh overlay adorned with polka dots, and a divine dropped waist. I don’t get to break this little number out very often as it’s definitely a Playhouse Square level occasion option. However, when I do, no one can tell me NOTHIN. This dress is stunning on its own but I absolutely needed more to it. It was a frigid ten degrees when we took these pictures and I would do basically anything for fashion but I won’t do that lol.

The next step was selecting a coat to wear and the choice was obvious: My vintage hand me down. Several months back, Johnny’s mom gave me a handful of coats and dresses that belonged to his grandma. As pretty as they all are, they are not suited for everyday wear. Until now! This floor length coat in a soft crushed velvet is a goth girl’s dream come true. It’s impossible not to swoon over those bubble shoulders, brooch style buttons, and pale gold lining. Not only did this coat provide the goth princess vibe I was going for, but it was also warm as can be. In fact, I could have stayed outside comfortably for awhile unlike Johnny who took these pictures in pajamas and a leather jacket on top. SMH!!

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For my shoes, I went for a killer pair of skeleton designed platforms for two reasons. 1) It matched the aesthetic. And 2) I needed the extra height badly as the coat would have been dragging on the floor without them. Even with them on, it barely was hovering above the ground! For an extra dose of warmth, I added on a pair of black vintage gloves. If you have a good eye, you’ll notice in the pictures that it has sheer ruffles across the wrist, making them even more special than they already are. Last but not least were a pair of dangly black gem teardrop earrings to symbolize the goth tears I shed as a teenager lol. With that, I was ready to unleash my V-Day But Make It Goth OOTD!

In case you couldn’t tell from my several Pan’s Labyrinth tattoos, I am an avid fan of all things Del Toro. I like to think that this OOTD would do him proud!

What is your Valentine’s Day style? Are you pastel sweet or goth chic? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Hail Yourself OOTD

Hail Yourself OOTD

Hi! Johnny took last Friday off which was great! The bunnies got to stay out and play all day and it gave us time to knock out a quick OOTD shoot before I left for work. Normally, we save that for Saturday but it was SO hard going back to work after holiday time off that we had no intention of moving once the day was out. I am pleased to report that we made good on that goal! The look you are about to see is ultra casual as I was bopping around town for work but I still loved it just the same. Check it out:

Cropped Sweater: Johnny got this for me from the Last Podcast on the Left website

Star Skinny Jeans: Kut From The Kloth, TJMaxx

Wedge Boots: Jennifer Lopez, Kohl’s

The earrings were a Christmas gift from my blogging bestie!

This past Friday was a balmy fifty degree day so I started building this outfit in the sweater department of my wardrobe as that’s all I needed to be comfortable. From there, my eyes landed on the Last Podcast on the Left cropped sweater that my main squeeze got me. Johnny is an avid fan of that podcast and treated himself to a bit of their merch as well as a little something for me too. It was so sweet and this sweater rules! I am all about the sentiment, that oversized neckline, and the pentagram elbow patches. Way cool!

After my top was selected, I moved on down to the jeans department and went with a pair of star patterned skinnies by Kut From The Kloth. I knew I was going to sport an All Black Everything ensemble so that gave the opportunity to have some fun with a bold pattern. Also, the stars on the pants nod to the pentagrams on the sweater which I didn’t even notice until now lol. Hey, that worked out well. 😀

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For my shoes, I picked a pair of hidden wedge boots by Jennifer Lopez as they were relatively plain minus the stud details. These shoes are ten years old, were purchased for four dollars, and I just can’t part with them. They are SO comfy while providing extra height and are just right for trudging around in the lousy winter weather. Last but not least, I popped on a gorgeous pair of sword earrings gifted to me by my bestie. These earrings also feature a dangling burnt orange gem which was a perfect match to the lettering on the sweater. With that, it was off to work!

It is very rare for me to do my makeup or wear something other than skinnies and a hoodie to work. As simple as this look was, it definitely felt like I was spruced up!

What do you usually wear for work? How long does it take you to get ready for work? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Let It Snow OOTD

Let It Snow OOTD

Howdy everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! This past Saturday I enjoyed a wonderful pampering session at The Shear Shop and emerged with a beautiful new do in a peacock palette. Afterwards, I could not wait to take pictures to show off my new look – rain, shine, or snow! Once I returned home from the salon, Johnny and I ventured out into the cold for some OOTD magic in the freshly falling snow. I just love how these pictures turned out! Take a look:

Faux Fur Jacket: Me Jane, TJMaxx

Coated Skinny Jeans: Seven Jeans, TJMaxx

Heeled Boots: Olivia Miller, TJMaxx

Gloves: StilEstro, TJMaxx

I have no idea where the earrings are from!

I pondered what I wanted to wear for these pictures as I drove home from the salon and decided that I wanted to sport an All Black Everything motif. These pics were about the outfit, of course, but also to showcase the hair. I wanted the rockin peacock palette to be seen in all of its glory and that called for a neutral background to prevent color clutter. This may be a simple OOTD but between the unique details in the clothing and my new hair, it turned into a full fledged fashion statement.

For my jacket, I chose a stunning faux fur number by Me Jane. I am an avid fan of faux fur and this jacket is pure sophistication. I adore the visible diamond shaped stitches and the brooch style button. The shape is so classic and it is nice and warm for the wintertime. The timelessness of this jacket created such an interesting juxtaposition with the modern hair and I felt like an old fashioned movie star! As I was going with All Black Everything, I paired my jacket with some top or another underneath as I planned on wearing it buttoned and my coated skinnies by Seven Jeans. These pieces paired together formed a long and lean silhouette while also playing with texture from the shiny coating of the jeans and soft faux fur to make the eyes dance.

Next up was shoes and accessories. I went with my favorite pair of chunky heeled boots by Olivia Miller which added a shiny pop of bling from the chains. It also helped tie the look together from head to toe thanks to the blinged out brooch button on the jacket. As another additional sparkly surprise, I chose a pair of gloves by StilEstro in a gorgeous cream hue that featured a big flower brooch on one of the hands. Finally, I popped on a pair of dangly earrings with sizeable burnt amber gems hanging from them. These playful touches of shiny gems and silver looked so striking against my neutral palette and the white fluffy stuff falling from the sky!

With winter fashion this good, I say Let It Snow… In moderation, of course!

Have you had a snowy winter? What is your favorite wintertime activity? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

What Is The Weather? OOTD

What Is The Weather? OOTD

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! I have been daydreaming of fall weather since last fall and Ohio is simply not delivering. It has been hot AF here and still feels like summer and I genuinely can’t stand it lol. It flip flops from needing a hoodie in the morning to wanting to be in a bikini by mid afternoon and it begs the question of what the hell to wear! As I refuse to shave my legs once fall hits (Even if it doesn’t feel like it!), my formula is jeans on the bottom paired with an itty bitty top. Just like this new look! Check it out:

He Loves Me Not Crop Top: This was purchased FOREVER ago when I worked at PacSun as a teenager!

Bedazzled Boyfriend Jeans: Banjara, TJMaxx

Lavender Platforms: Olivia Miller, Walmart

The cross earrings are Lucky Brand and were a gift from my mom!

After a long summer of shorts and shaving, you can catch me posted up in jeans even if it is ninety degrees on a fall day. So, in the case of this OOTD, I started styling with the pantaloons department. As you all know, I am a skinny jean girl through and through. However, my favorite pair has got to be my bedazzled boyfriend jeans by Banjara. Try saying that five times fast! I adore the slouchy fit, the distressing, and the blingy surprise and I have never seen a pair like them before – which is exactly how I like it! These jeans are uber cool and unique and make something special out of a basic essential. Boyfriend jeans are made to be worn with a close fit top and I knew just what I wanted to pair it with…

The cutest little crop top from PacSun! This top is old as dirt but I just love it so much. How sweet is that he loves me, he loves me not pattern?! I vividly remember doing shipment at work when we received this crop and bought it immediately after my shift. It’s one of those items that I can’t part with and I’m glad I held onto it for all of these years because it’s perfect with my boyfriend jeans! It provides this OOTD with some shape to balance out the baggy jeans and shows some skin too. That’s ideal because it keeps me cool when I am forever questioning What Is The Weather? 😀

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For shoes, I went with a pair of lavender Olivia Miller platforms from Walmart. These babies were only FIVE DOLLARS – talk about a total steal! As my jeans were pretty long in length, I needed that extra height to keep them from dragging and it provided a pastel pop of color to the All Black Everything look. Since a lot of my tattoos were on display, I kept jewelry minimal with a pair of dangly turquoise cross earrings and was ready to step out in whatever climate Ohio found itself in!

Not quite fall, not quite summer but one hundred percent fashion fun! What Is The Weather? A forecast of hot days and hotter OOTDs!

What is fall weather like in your neck of the woods? What is your favorite fall activity? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Double Date OOTD

Double Date OOTD

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! This past Friday, Johnny and I enjoyed a fabulous Double Date with my bestie and her boyfriend. We hit up our favorite Mexican restaurant and a wonderful time was had by all. Of course, I had to put together a fun little fit for the occasion. It was simple and nothing major but I loved how it turned out! Take a look:

Moto Jacket: Silence + Noise, this was a hand me down from my sister!

Tank Top: Rachel Zoe, TJMaxx

Skinny Jeans: 1822 Denim, TJMaxx

Boots: Formentini, TJMaxx

Earrings: Bella Jack, TJMaxx

Sunglasses: Lucky Brand, TJMaxx

As a forever emo kid, I always have All Black Everything OOTDs on my mind and that was what I was in the mood for for our night on the town. It was a fairly nice evening that only required a light jacket and the first thing that came to mind was a hand me down moto jacket from my sister. Funnily enough, Johnny wanted to wear it that night too because he claims it’s “his” but I got to it first! What’s that old saying about the early bird and the moto jacket again?

From there, all that was left to do was complete the base of the look with obvious choices. I put on one of my favorite tank tops by Rachel Zoe that I recently got reunited with during a bout of spring cleaning. I truly thought I lost it and it feels so good to wear it again! Then, I got to break out a fresh new pair of black skinny jeans by 1822 Denim. I have to get at least one new pair per year because I can’t stand when they fade and was ecstatic to find one in my go to brand during a quick trip to TJMaxx. They are crispy AF and you KNOW I was feeling my damn self! 😀

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. I popped on a gorgeous pair of translucent blue flower earrings by Bella Jack for some whimsical movement and a bit of color, albeit a muted one! I also couldn’t wait to bust out my new pair of Lucky Brand sunglasses which were perfectly cool with this fit. To complete the look, I went for a pair of statement boots by Formentini. These added such incredible length and the stone hue was no harm no foul with a fully neutral base. Trust and believe I was strutting in these babies because these boots were made to show out!

With that, I was ready for the best night with all of my favorites! Stay tuned for the Blooper Reel and peep more from this look on my TikTok – @lilred6794 !!

New Hair, Who Dis? OOTD

New Hair, Who Dis? OOTD

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! This past Friday was an especially fabulous one because I got my hair done and went on a super fun Date Night with my main squeeze. Whenever Johnny and I step out for a night out, it calls for a killer OOTD because it’s a special occasion. And, as my color sat at the salon, I built one in my head so I could get dressed as soon as I got home and we could make our way to The Workz. I’m so glad I did because we were absolutely famished! Peep that new hair and let’s discuss:

Emerald Green Trench Coat: Nine West, Blu Boutique

Lace Top: Red By BKE, Buckle

Coated Skinny Jeans: Seven Jeans, TJMaxx

Platform Boots: Olivia Miller, TJMaxx

Heart Earrings: SugarFix By BaubleBar, Target

Purse: Anne Klein, TJMaxx

As I pondered my date night look at the salon, I decided that All Black Everything for the base of the outfit was the move. My hair was going to be plenty colorful enough and I wanted it to shine against a neutral palette. So, I went through my mental Rolodex of every black piece of clothing I own (There’s a ton, I’m an elder emo – remember?!) and locked in on the gorgeous lace top from Buckle. We were so in business because talk about a date night top! This little number is so sexy but still uber chic and I love the way I feel in it. Aside from my crop tops, this is actually one of the most form fittings tops I have and I like how it hugs my curves without feeling too constricting.

Next on the agenda was jeans and I went for my coated pair of black skinnies by Seven that features a snakeskin pattern. Why did this work with the lace top? If you are styling an outfit with only one color, you have permission to go crazy with mixing textures and patterns! Regardless of the lace or the sheen and pattern of the jeans, they still blended seamlessly together and created an ensemble that makes the eyes dance.

With the base of the outfit sorted, it was time for all of the extras. For shoes, I chose one of my go to pairs of platform boots by Olivia Miller. And as I was pulling from the same palette, the suede texture only enhanced the OOTD rather than looking out of place. The outfit was not yet complete, though, because it was cold AF! Since I added some extra height with the boots, I slipped on one of my favorite, mid calf length trench coats by Nine West. The beauty of an all one color outfit is that your pop of colors are REALLY going to pop. The bold emerald green looked so luxe against the base of the outfit and the sheen of the coat closely mimicked the jeans, creating even more cohesion.

Finally, the finishing touches. For earrings, I put on a pair of dangly, three tiered red hearts for some movement and another surprise color addition. These helped draw further attention to my new do, which I couldn’t wait to show off. And, last but not least, I slung my beautiful Anne Klein bag over the crook of my arm and was ready to hit the town with my honey!

Stay tuned for the Blooper Reel of my New Hair, Who Dis? OOTD where “wind in the hair” takes on a whole new meaning. See you then!

What is your favorite jewel tone color? What is your favorite color to wear? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

On The Move OOTD

Hello! Johnny and I like to try and have an outing together every weekend. When it is just us we, of course, dress however we want. This past weekend, however, we had company – our five year old niece. The plan was a Treat Day at an indoor amusement center and it was going to be very much on the go. Since our day promised SO many activities, I *gasp* dressed sensibly for the occasion. This On The Move OOTD is pretty much as casual as it gets for yours truly, which is definitely not something I’m used to! Check it out:

Crop Top: Been Trill, PacSun

Distressed Skinny Jeans: American Eagle Outfitters

Cheetah Print Boots: Circus By Sam Edelman, TJMaxx

Lego Earrings: AbbieDabbles

To begin this look, I went browsing in an area of Lil Red’s Boutique that I don’t shop in often: The chest of drawers. One of the drawers is home to casual tops including crops, tanks, and T’s. Normally, this is not where I would go to style what is my usual weekend ensembles. But, in the case of Treat Day, I was exactly where I needed to be. The last thing I wanted was to wear one of my “good” tops with the almost certain risk of stains and snags! I was in an All Black Everything mood so I went for a Been Trill crop top. This was purchased literally FOREVER ago when I worked at PacSun so it is a total throwback. Regardless of the fact that the crop is over a decade old, I think it still looks great!

Next on the agenda was jeans and I chose my super distressed skinnies from American Eagle Outfitters. The color is still so crispy (Even after three plus years of wear!) and they are just right for an All Black Everything OOTD. These jeans were the only option I considered because all of the other black skinnies I own are horribly faded. I haven’t bought AEO denim since said purchase of super distressed skinnies so I’m making a mental note to fix that ASAP. 😀

Finally, it was time for shoes and accessories. Rather than my preferred platforms, I opted for an amazing pair of ankle boots by Sam Edelman. The shape, buckles, and cheetah print pop are just so cool and Johnny’s biggest regret is not having the same shoe size as me because these are his fave! And, yes, they do have a baby heel which made me happy. 🙂 If it wasn’t Treat Day, I would have added some huge, chunky gold jewelry to this look – but, alas, it was Treat Day. So, I popped on a small pair of Lego bats and was ready for an afternoon adventure with my two BFFs!

I genuinely can’t wait to get dressed up for real next weekend – fall fits are calling my name. I’ll return the call next Saturday so stay tuned for more fashion fun on lifewithlilred!

Do you usually dress up or down? What is a casual look for you like? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

Born To Ball OOTD

Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new OOTD here on lifewithlilred! Today, we’ll be taking a look at a little number that I wore for a lunch date with a few friends this past weekend. It might not look like a classic summer fit with jeans and an All Black Everything aesthetic to which I reply: 1) It’s always cold AF in the Mexican restaurant we went to. And 2) Does an elder emo really let something like summer stand in the way of wearing black? The answer is a resounding NO! Lol, check it out:

image_50729729(4)image_50738689(6)image_50446337(8)image_50457857(6)

Ballin Crop Top: Reason, PacSun

Skinny Jeans: 1822 Denim, TJMaxx

Platform Heels: These were purchased from ModCloth

Leopard Necklace: Natasha, TJMaxx

Stud Earrings: American Eagle Outfitters

My first job was working retail at PacSun. I started working there at sixteen and stopped in my early twenties when I went to college. Prior to working at Pac, I already had a deep love for fashion and being surrounded by clothes every day helped foster this passion even more. I still have several relics from my time there that I don’t think I could ever part with. As you can see, one of them is my “Ballin” crop top by Reason. I remember when this crop arrived in shipment, thinking that I had to have it, and bought it immediately after my shift. It is so sassy, fun and still looks great for being over a decade old if I do say so myself! I wanted to keep my lunch outing look casual while, as always, still being cute so I began styling my OOTD around it.

Normally, I prefer to wear my crop top with shorts but I didn’t want to freeze my nads off at the restaurant so jeans it was. This crop hits right below the natural waist so I went with my pair of skinnies by 1822 Denim. These were a recent purchase from TJMaxx and are my new go tos – peep that adorable distressing at the ankle! Even if these jeans weren’t my favorite, I would have worn them anyways because of the fit. These skinnies have a very slight high waist which worked perfectly with the top. It still showed some skin but no more than what I was comfortable with and it gave a peek a boo pop to the tattoos on my sides and back.

Next, it was onto shoes and accessories. Because of the minimal color palette, I wanted to add something bold for jewelry. I chose a chunky and blinged out necklace by Natasha featuring a leopard head nestled between the gold chain. I don’t think it gets bolder than that so I put on a small pair of gold dangly studs to let the statement necklace do all of the talking. For shoes, I selected one of my favorite pairs of platforms from ModCloth. They are so ideal for summertime and the pattern and necklace gave some visual interest from top to bottom to keep the eyes dancing. With that, I was ready to get my Margarita on!

So there you have it! My Born To Ball OOTD. Stay tuned for lots more fashion and fun on lifewithlilred!

Best Of The Vests OOTD

Hello darlings!! After a brief hiatus from OOTDs due to being sick at the beginning of the year as well as the worst weather ever, we are back! Like last year, one of my blogging goals for 2024 is to continue creating as many outfits as possible and I plan on making good on it. This past weekend was a somewhat busy/somewhat relaxing one and I knew exactly what I wanted to wear as Johnny and I went about our day on Saturday! Check it out and let’s discuss:

image_6487327(29)image_6487327(30)image_6487327(34)image_50450433(5)image_6487327(35)image_6487327(31)image_6487327(32)

Who? What? Wear?

Vest Thing: Rachel Roy, TJMaxx

Sweater: Shrinking Violet, TJMaxx

Skinny Jeans: American Eagle Outfitters

Heeled Boots: Olivia Miller, TJMaxx

The earrings were bought forever ago at Target!

As sure as the sun will rise in the morning, I always end up receiving TJMaxx gift cards for Christmas. #blessed lol And, after restocking my skin care, I found the Rachel Roy vest thing during my post holiday shopping. Is it a vest? A poncho? Maybe a kimono? I have no clue! I did know, however, that this Rachel Roy number was the only one in the store and that I had to have it! This is such a unique piece and I have never seen anything similar to it before. I love the traditional vest quilting and the fall colored paisley print is everything. I have been waiting for a while to break this bad boy out and I styled this look how I pictured it in my head while in the TJs dressing room.

To start, I put on my simple black sweater by Shrinking Violet to wear underneath the vest. This sweater is as old as the hills and I actually wore it on my first day of college! Be that as it may, it is the perfect sweater for layering. It fits nice and close to the body without being too snug. For the torso, I wasn’t too concerned because it would be covered up. The sleeves were a different story, though, and it fit just right and really allowed the vest to shine.

Next on the agenda was jeans, and black skinnies were the way to go. With a piece as bold as the vest on top, there was no need for the bells and whistles offered with a patterned or coated jean. The simple staples of the skinnies and sweater helped form a lean silhouette and let the vest do the talking. This was further assisted by the all black everything palette and made the paisley pattern in the vest pop.

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For shoes, I went with my pair of heeled boots by Olivia Miller. I got these a few winters ago for twenty bucks during a TJs clearance sale and I just love them. The chunky heel paired with pseudo suede and a huge silver chain on the boot is a match made in heaven! These boots added length and a way cool detail with the chain. To wrap up the look, I put on a pair of dangly earrings with a gorgeous amber gem hanging from them to compliment the vest. With that, I was ready to take on the day the fashion forward way!

There is nothing better than when an outfit turns out just the way you wanted it to and my Best Of The Vests OOTD definitely did that. This Rachel Roy vest was an amazing find and I am already looking forward to wearing it again!

Have you done any winter clearance shopping? What was the best deal you ever got for an item on sale? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

All Better OOTD

All Better OOTD

Hello!!! Unfortunately, I spent my holiday break under the weather. I had the worst cold, aches, and fever and chills and was feeling pretty miserable. It was such a bummer, but at least I had an entire week off of work to rest and recuperate! By the time this past weekend rolled around, I was doing a lot better and was able to attend a family dinner at Hibachi Japan. It had felt like forever since I put on makeup and got dressed up so I couldn’t wait to finally take some OOTD shots! I kept my look for the evening comfy and cute and this is what I came up with:

image_50737921(10)image_67233281(1)image_50431233(6)image_50730497(1)image_67233281image_50727937(4)

Who? What? Wear?

Moto Jacket: Zara

T-Shirt: Misny Merch

Coated Skinny Jeans: Seven Jeans, TJMaxx

Vertebrae Platforms: Dolls Kill

Cross Earrings: EmLeigh’s and Mama B’s

Normally when I style an OOTD, I begin with a completely blank slate. This time around, however, I already had the base of my outfit established with the T and jeans and decided to keep it that way. The coated Seven Jeans inspired me to play with texture and I wanted to incorporate more of that through shoes and a jacket. While it is fun to experiment with texture outside of a neutral palette, I kept things simple and used all black clothing and accessories to do so. This is a lazy gal technique because it’s never going to be “too much” when your textured pieces are all the same color!

Next on my agenda was a jacket and I knew exactly which one I was going to go for – my embellished moto jacket from Zara. This is quite possibly one of my favorite moto jackets that I have ever owned and I think it is perfect. I love the stud details, the grey hood, and classic shape and it is one of my go tos during the winter. This jacket was also ideal for introducing another texture because the faux leather looks matte in comparison to the sheen of the jeans. Although these two pieces were completely different textures, it still flowed seamlessly because they were both black. Lazy gal, or just really smart? lol 😀

Finally, it was onto shoes and accessories. For jewelry, I chose a pair of dangly bejeweled black cross earrings. I wanted the pop of color to come from the burgundy T-shirt so I decided to let the earrings blend with the rest of the outfit. I also planned on leaving my jacket on during the evening so there was no need for anything additional. The last step was shoes and I went with a killer pair of platforms by Dolls Kill. These boots speak to my spooky soul and and they were just what I needed to complete the look. They tied this outfit together from top to bottom as they appeared matte but still offered a bit of shine and, with that, I was ready to hit the town!

Last year, my goal was to shoot as many OOTDs as possible and my goal remains the same this year too. I was able to shake off the yuck in my All Better OOTD and I can’t wait to see what outfits I put together in 2024!

How was your new year celebration? What did you do over your holiday time off? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah
