Hello everyone and welcome to the Blooper Reel from my New Hair, New Me OOTD! I have been having so much fun with my brand new hair and it has been the biggest confidence boost. This new look is giving David Bowie, Joan Jett, and all things retro and cool and my stylist, Anna, created exactly what I was picturing in my head. Not only is Anna a genius but I think she might be a mind reader too because it is a spot on replica! My new do definitely has me feeling my damn self but these yikes shots are so not matching the vibe lol take a look:

It’s hard not to notice the massive crack in the wall in these pics and all I have to say is thank god for clean up on the iPhone! I fix it up for actual OOTD shots and couldn’t care less for the Blooper Reel. It’s not exactly prime real estate but, in my defense, there is literally nowhere else to go in our apartment community. Renovations have been underway for what has felt like forever and it is really killing my OOTD flow. My old spot for pics is a cluttered mess and the worst of all is that all of the greenery surrounding our building has been uprooted. I am not exaggerating when I say that it looks like a wasteland and it is SHAMEFUL.
Although the renovations have proven to be a massive pain in my nads, there has been some good that has come out of them. Primarily in the critter department! Guys, I kid you not that there was like a million raccoons in the walls before whatever entry points were sealed off. That was an exaggeration but there was a lot of raccoon activity and it was so crazy to hear lol. The scratching, chittering, and fighting would go on all hours of the day and it was never not startling. There was one time when I was sitting in my favorite chair and raccoons were going at it in the ceiling directly overhead. I was genuinely terrified that they would fall through and land on my lap! So in conclusion, there is nothing pretty around my apartment anymore but at least we are racoon free lol. -_-
Here’s to my apartment building eventually looking better because I am SO sick of editing out the wall crack!!
