Hi! This past Friday, my family and I enjoyed exploring the Kingwood Center Gardens in Mansfield, Ohio. I had no idea that this beautiful property existed and it definitely didn’t feel like I was in Ohio when I was there – more like a magic fairy garden! The greenery, flowers, and fountains at the botanical gardens were simply stunning and now that I know it’s only a mere hour away from me, I have a feeling I’ll be going back there again really soon.

We were surprised by rain showers when visiting the gardens and, normally, I hate to get caught in the rain. But, in this case, the rain didn’t put a damper on my family outing at all. In fact, I think it made it even better! Seeing the raindrops dance over the flowers and leaves only added to the storybook vibes the property gave me. I also loved being able to see my nephew splash in the puddles. ❤

Ironically, the sun came out just as we were all getting in our cars to go home but I wouldn’t trade our rainy day at the Kingwood Center Gardens for anything. Rain or shine, I can’t wait to go back again!
