New Navy & Grey Nails

New Navy & Grey Nails

Helloooo! On Sunday morning, I was able to spend some time being pampered at Elysian Nails for a fill. Some months, my nails grow out and still look alright but, this time around, they were looking SUPER janky so I was happy to get them looking right again. On my way to the salon, I had the idea of navy and grey in mind so I just went with it instead of changing my mind a million times at their polish station. And, I am glad I stuck to my guns because they look great! Check it out:

I love the nautical vibe of the dove grey with the deep navy. It makes me think of huge, puffy clouds tumbling over a vast ocean and they are simple but really chic. After going back to my usual black nails last month, I was still hankering for a dark color and I figured that navy was my next best bet. My walk on the dark side will satisfy the urge for wanting black nails again in the meantime but I can’t promise that I won’t be selecting my black polish next month! 😀

What color of polish do you have on right now? How do you rock summer themed nails? I want to hear from all of you, so leave me a comment and let’s chat! Much love. -Sarah

  1. I don’t know if you want to hear from me because I don’t do my nails, LOL! I kind of want to, but I have to spend $ on other things… plus I do a lot of packaging and I think they’d always get broken. If I did them I’d do them 50’s style in technicolor RED or I’d get French mani. A gal at the bank had nails like Peter and she used them to type. I was like “Whoa!” Anyway, the navy is a pretty awesome color, thanks for sharing! 🙂

    • Haha of course I want to hear from you!! The acrylic nail life is not for everyone, especially when you’re doing activities where they’re prone to get broken a lot. Also there is nothing better than typing with my talons lol I love it!
